The Cookstown Subway is always such a great experience. It’s run by a mother, father, and sometimes their son — and you can really feel that family touch. The customer service is amazing. “A friend and I visited this restaurant today and I was surprised by its friendly atmosphere and great service. Other locations are kind of gloomy. This location had friendly staff, incredible food, and actually had icy-cold mugs in a freezer for your drinks. They also brought our food to our table. The onion rings were in fry basons (or whatever they are called) and not in paper containers. Obviously , they were environmentally conscious, too. Great experience!“
