Tim Hortons in Cornwall

“Night staff is always excellent quick and fast also keeps the environment very clean and always remembers orders I go pretty often twice a day even and they are not ever rude always a big smile on there face hope they get gift cards or discounts cause honestly they deserve it they put smiles on so many peoples faces and the food is actually enjoyable and well made some other locations lack compassion for the food but they always make it quick and hot and I never have a bad experience!! The owner or managers should be very proud with the workers they have in they all deserve so much empathy and support for their job they always do their best even if a certain customer is rude they never fail at being respectful! Definitely will be a long time customer! Good job to the crew !!“

“Food was quick and hot, and the lady behind the counter was really friendly and had good customer service. She had bird tattoos on her neck, but I didn't catch her name. Either way, thank you for the good service! I'll definitely be back there soon.“

“Oh my goodness, by far the best Tim’s I’ve been too. I ordered an iced Capp, it was filled past the cup, amazing! And a pack of twenty timbits with lots of powdered and they put 11 powdered! I don’t live in Cornwall but next time im around, I’ll go to this one!“

“Hey! It was wonderful experience at brookdale tim hortons! I went around 12 am in the midnight. I ordered supreme stack. It was really good. There was girl who served me her name is Neetu. She welcomed very politely she was alone i think she was taking drive thru as well it was so busy but still she was so polite. I will again visit at this tim.hortons.

“I go to this Tim's almost every day on my way to work or going over for lunch breaks. The staff are usually quite friendly! Today, I went through drive thru to get my morning cup of coffee and Nathan absolutely cracked me up at the speaker and window! Absolutely made my morning!!! We need more people like you!! I hope this finds its way back to him he deserves the recognition! Coffee was absolutely delicious too as usual!“

“I don’t know where they get double-double when you ask for two cream? Last week I brought my coffee back telling neck tattoo that I can’t have sugar, tattoo told me “to each his own “, not the answer I expected to hear. People can be trained and flushed, other than that never really had a problem there. Oh well to each their own.“

“I love Marleau Tim’s. Iced coffee’s good. My wrap was awesome. The staff are always so friendly and kind. I was served by someone named Kea; they know their stuff and my order came back perfect in the drive through. Would come by again. The abuse people put the staff through is sad though…these folks do their best day in and out, peak hours or not.

Parking: Tons of parking on east side of building. Nice long drive through space“

“Me and a friend ordered Dark Roast coffee and some donuts, they were out of Dark Roast, so Venessa made us some fresh coffee.
Venessa served with a smile and positive attitude, props to her for being so nice even when another customer was giving her a hard time.“

The cashier was “ in training “ but she was amazing at her job. Her customer service was on point.
Then she made my coffee and the direct handoff with a smile was great!
Then when my food arrived the gentleman also did a direct handoff rather than placing the food on the counter he handed it to me with a smile“

Parking: Great location with free parking and a lot of space to choose from.“

“Travelling on a long weekend, the highway Enroute rest stops were crazy busy with hour long line ups and parking madness. We stopped at this Tims just off the highway for some great food and no long lines. The facility was clean and quiet and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended!“
