“We have always exclusively gotten our pizzas from River Pizza. They are generously garnished and delicious. If you ask for double something, it IS double something. And the service is excellent! However, tonight was a disappointment. The medium size River Special, with double bacon, should have been $29.95 (according to the menu that was attached to the box), $23 (pizza) + $3.50 (double bacon) +13% tax. The delivery guy said it was $34 (written on the box). Were the prices that figured on the menu not accurate? They are the same on-line. Bottom line, what is going on here? Also, the pizza was smaller than what the medium used to be. We had a guest for supper and figured that a medium was enough for us, with 6 good-sized pieces (2 each for 3 people). I had to cut the pieces smaller - rather embarrassing. I can understand prices going up because operating costs have increased. I get that. But they should be properly advertised. And, perhaps the size should remain what it used to be - no nasty surprises - just price accordingly. So, all this being said, with a $5.00 tip to the delivery guy, it cost $39 for that smaller pizza. I am disappointed to say we will try the other guy.“

“Very Impressed with the service at Pizza Pizza Branch 216 in Orleans. Clearly the best location in Ottawa in terms of service and wait times. Pizza gets delivered within 20 minutes of ordering and it took me 10 minutes when I placed an order for takeout. Customer service is incredible as well, thanks to Ali who took care of us. The pizzas were hot and fresh and the toppings were generous. We will be back.“

“Had a little mix up with headquarters when I was ordering my pizza. I wanted pepperoni, and I was given cheese - no big deal right? At first I was unimpressed . I paid for my pizza and left. I expressed to Emmy (the gentleman who made my pizza) that this isn’t what I had ordered . I left , 20$ not a HUGE problem.

2 hours later , I received a phone call from PizzaPizza HQ and I was provided with a 100% refund , as well as a voucher for my next purchase . I was extremely pleased, Erin on the phone assured me they would be providing more training to their HQ employees.

“Tasty Ottawa-style pizza. The regular crust was fantastic. All the toppings were under the cheese and their homemade garlic dipping sauce is the so fresh. Wings were crispy, sauced well with our requested mixed honey hot. Well sized wings, but we only received about seven of them. Wish they were smaller wings but more of them.I ordered directly and the delivery person was so nice. I will order from here again, I will just ask for the thin crust to be well done next time as it was a little soft, so just needed to be cooked for a minute or two more as the crust was sticking to the box.“

I brought in a receipt that was quite old of a pizza that I purchased some time ago and it had.... to no fault of the establishment, some very small issues with it. An employee at the establishment wrote "Free Pizza" on the top of my receipt a long time ago and I am not in the area very often so I decided to pop in. I was certain that the story I had, had very little credibility and my proof was almost zero, but the gentleman at the counter and his young co-worker were so incredibly professional and kind that they decided to trust a long time, faithful customer and happily made me a pizza. “I'm not a local to Ottawa, but this is one of the better pizza places I've frequented while I'm there visiting my boyfriend and his kids. My son loves the pastas and I've tried the chicken Parm and a few variations of the pizza. It is a really cheesy pizza and is super yummy - I am usually just left craving a tonne of water afterwards! It's a bit pricier than some other options, but it's hand crafted and seems family owned, so the quality is there. Definitely a delicious pizza that keeps well the next day.“

“I went with friends for a birthday party. We had the combo platter, wings and a medium pizza. The food was amazing, was still warm and ready when we arrived too! The staff was super nice to us when we ordered, very kind. Totally would reccomend; friends, family, to anyone!

Dietary restrictions: One of my friends is gluten free, lactose intolerant and has many allergies. They maneuvered this perfectly! Not only are many of their items gluten free and lactose intolerant, even their pizzas! We all had something to eat, worry free!“
