“The original poutine....perfection. A late night adventure led our group to the glowing yellow sign on Bank St.

I had low expectations. But the service was fast and friendly and the poutine was an unexpected joy. The fries remained crispy despite the gravy, which was the right shade of brown and utterly yummy. The cheese curds were tasty and somehow evenly distributed throughout. What's better than a mound of delicious poutine after a fun night out with friends? “By far the best take-out/delivery pizza place. I grew up out in BC where Panago was everywhere - kinda like Pizza Pizza is in Ontario. But the difference between Panago and Pizza Pizza is the quality. Panago crust is crispy yet soft, the toppings generous, and the flavour is just right! Was so excited to find one in Ottawa... hoping they will open a location in the east end - Orleans. If they do, I will never buy pizza from anywhere else again! 5 stars“

“I do like it very good but sadly it's changed I hope they truly listen to this advice stick to the way it used to be made 6 years ago or so. it was so big awesome but not as so anymore more. I even had a lasagna not long ago sorry it was not as big as it used to be I remember wow being so big they lived up to there name the owner before was the best, I know there two that were owners sadly one is gone but he was the best at making the food there everything was so big great price now it's not much different than most places so I don't mind going to Gabriel or willys few other places I hope super duper goes back to the original style this is no means of saying bad its just asking them to look back and do that again.“

THE RESTAURANT CALLED ME TO MAKE SURE I WAS AWARE IT WASN'T A REGULAR SAUCE. if that's isn't customer service, I don't know what is. it took 35 minutes for the pizza to get here and the driver was apologizing because it was extra busy on Easter Friday.
they still arrived too hot to eat.

“Now this is a business that cares. The kind gentleman behind the counter actually takes the time to properly wash his hands with soap after handling the cash and before touching the food.. unlike some other bakeries in this city. And then he hands you a napkin with tongs.

Ordered a meat and cheese pie. It was very tasty. 10/10 would return. This business deserves your business just on his food handling hygiene alone.“

“The lovely woman serving us was very friendly, very nice and easy to work with. She provided us everything we needed and let us enjoy our food in peace. We were on a less busy evening so she let us stay as long as we wanted. I had the chicken parmesan with pasta and unfortunately found the pasta kind of bland and boring. The the chicken parmesan needed a lot more flavor. I think the just plain tomato sauce needs some work. All in all the experience was very nice and the food was good but not excellent.“

I was told I could not get the special and pay for extra toppings. I gave up an ordered from somewhere else. Like c’mom.
