“Staff is great, I’m always greeted with a smile and if theres ever a small mistake (which is rare, but when things get busy things happen) its always corrected immediately. But the way they’re managed is horrible. As someone who visits regularly, I’ve seen the same people working every weekend this summer, they’re being scheduled like they don’t have lives. Then, I’ll see someone working nights and then mornings a day or two later? They’re lucky they have loyal staff at this point.“
