“I love this place and would definitely go back. Service was quick, meal was generous and staff were friendly and efficient. This is the best location by far from any other I’ve gone to. This location really knows how to treat their customers with respect, generous portion sizes and quick service. They definitely know who the real boss is…the customer! “We often visit the Kelsey's in Markham and Newmarket. Generally we've had good experience and great food. This experience was much different. We ordered the wings with fries and the steak fajitas. The quality of the food has diminished quite a bit since our last visit. The fajita were for 4 servings yet the fillings provided were barely enough for 3. There were very little peppers and the steak was tough and chewy. The wings we ordered were inconsistent. Some were soggy and cold, and others had no sauce on them at all. Fries were good but they were served in a little bowl highlighting the small portion size. Last time we were there the fries were on the side of the wings and were a good serving size. Attention to detail was not there and serving sizes have shrunk over the last few months.”

“Absolutely loved my visit to Sushi Shop! The poke bowl was fresh and beautifully prepared, it was packed with flavor, super fresh ingredients, and perfectly balanced toppings. You can really tell they care about quality here.

The customer service was just as impressive. The owner John was welcoming and attentive. He made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed.

“Coming from out of town and was looking for a spot to eat nearby on a Sunday late afternoon when we found this local spot and we’re so glad we did!! The food was so tasty and absolutely delicious, I was very impressed! Everything was extremely well seasoned and well balanced and they did an amazing job keeping the moisture and texture in their dishes (which is huge for me). I ordered their butternut squash ravioli and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had (I don’t say that lightly.. their sauce was ridiculously good). Our server was also fantastic, he was a younger gentleman who was very attentive, hospitable, friendly and super accommodating. A truly great dining experience and will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend to everyone!”

The service was exceptional, the staff friendly &polite, the food was piping hot, when delivered to our table. I like A&W they usually all have great service this one just went that little bit farther.”

“Ordered delivery Firehouse Subs for Q4 staff lunch - sandwiches were great, ordered came in platters with a clear indicator of which, we got extra pickles! Delivery came earlier which was perfect for organizing. Overall, the experience was excellent, I definitely will come back for another lunch. Thank you!”

“Expensive Burgers! My little burger was only semi warm from their hands to my opening the packaging immediately at their seating…would have liked the burger to be a bit hotter if possible. Dining areas seemed clean enough. It wasn’t busy while I was there. Staff seemed nice and very attentive. Surfaces looked clean but the kitchen cabinets and walls looked a bit dirty. Atmosphere is bright and simple”
