“Fantastic smell when you enter this bakery, cinnamon, apple, and fresh breads, wander around looking at the goodies and take in the aroma. Plenty of helpful staff. The apple fritters are baked just the way I like them, dark and a little crispy on the outside, soft and a perfect bake inside. Parking can be hard to find, lots of traffic, and on going construction in Erin.“
“Jess has made sugar cookies and a birthday cake for our family. She far exceeded companies I have used in the past. Her baked goods are delicious and they are beautiful. She’s also half the price of most bakeries in the area. I’ll be using her for every event from now on!“
“As a truck driver, it's next to impossible to find a Tim's that it's legal to pull over and go into. This is one the very few I've seen in S. Ontario that you can do that. Service is friendly and fast, which is also a rare commodity with some of the Tim's these days... Always stop here on my way out that way.Parking: Space for trucks on the road. Four generations in my family have had the pleasure of visiting Terra Cotta Country Store for many years, and are always so excited to see and taste what new delights are in store. They have a lovely selection of freshly baked and very delicious desserts (favourites include butter tarts and apple cake) as well as incredible icecream and beverages. The shop is also filled with beautiful and unique artisanal gift items, jewelry, accessories and home decor, where I'm always successful in finding special treasures to bring home. “The food is very good. Every time I’ve eaten there I enjoy every bite. The flavours vary. The menu varies but it has some solid favourites as standard like the burger. I’ve driven there for takeout which takes me an hour each way. Why? Because I like the food and supporting small businesses in quaint towns. Alton is a hidden as is this restaurant. It’s worth the road trip.“

They also have crisps (chips), chocolates, canned goods and many other day to day items.There is a small section of vegan items in the store as well and that is appreciated. I found a vegan Kit Kat. My first in a very long time.There is also a counter for baked goods and I don’t think there vegan or even vegetarian options for fresh baked goods.The staff are nice as well.Dietary restrictions: This is a British grocery store and there is a small vegan section“
“So thankful we have this gem in Erin. The croissants, cakes, and home made breads are just absolutely incredible. This is not a bakery using premixed doughs. Reminds me of my visit to France. That good! If you are driving through Erin, take the time to stop in. You will not be disappointed!“
