“Seating was limited, not the best if you have little ones (high bar stools). No chocolate or chocolate mint was available, and about 2 or 3 other popular flavours were out, seems like those should be inventoried a little better? Service was very friendly and helpful though.“

“Although the outside is clean - the outside lights are never on when it is dark! I usually only go thru drive-thru at this location. The people running the drivethru could be a bit more friendly - I think it is because they have not worked there very long.“

“Call late Saturday for a cake for Sunday noon. Not only did we get a cake it was customized to match the person it was for. Thank you so much and it was delicious Update July 1 2020. Just ordered another cake once again a fabulous cake that everyone loved“

“This Dairy Queen is the absolute best Dairy Queen in the Niagara region. The complete staff and management are excellent. I eat there once a week. They’re always happy polite with every customer I have never had one complaint nor I ever heard anyone give a complaint. I give them a five star five star Service cleanliness of the restaurant and always happy! Keep up the good work guys each one of us are amazing employees your boss must be overjoyed!“
