“My wife works up the road from this Subway, and she loves it! She tells me frequently how good her sandwich is and how the staff always remember her and even start making her sandwich as soon as they see her pulling into the parking lot. That kind of appreciation and attention to the customer is amazing. Thank you!
The food is Subway, it's the same items anywhere you go. It's the atmosphere and the people who work there that end up deciding which Subway you prefer.
MANY of the other Subways in the Niagara Region could learn a few things from this Subway, and the one on Scott St. in St. Catharines. They are both easily, hands down, the best Subways in the entire Niagara Region.“

“Sukhman is always a pleasure and is the reason I continue to go to this location. She is always very friendly and does a great job when preparing the food. Her customer service is very good and she works well under pressure. Even if she has a full line up she provides great service and should be acknowledged for her work. 10 out of 10 for Sukhman.“

“I have visited. submission Subs a couple times while on my lunch and have consistently had delicious fresh subs. You can taste the freshness in the bread, toppings and meat, and they are skillfully made and not falling out of the bun. So long as I am able to, I won't visit any other sub shop on my lunch as this place is just way too good! Happy I found this local gem!“

“Great service, great staff,, been a repeat customer for 20 plus years..but disappointed no red onions? All of sudden just gone? Actually thought it was a short term thing.. but nope! Have both then... Give us the choice white or red? They both taste different enough on subs! Think about it 😁“

“There’s not a place like it, every firehouse I’ve been to is a bombshell. So happy there’s one here in welland. I’ve never had a negative experience at firehouse so I give praise where I can. The food quality is top notch. There’s a sub for everyone here at a decent price. The workers here are fantastic as well“

“For an eatery in a mall food court, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better one than this. The food is delicious overall (albeit a bit simple, but again, it's fast food in a food court), but the real highlight is the service - the two ladies who served me were incredibly friendly and cheerful, and they made the experience that much better. If you're in the Pen Centre and feeling a mite peckish, this is your place!“

“The owners are sooooo friendly every time we come in they smile and recognize us. So kind and really make you feel welcomed. They even gave us a special treat after finding out we had just got married before our most recent visit! So nice and yummy. Please support this business and kind owners.

“I finally got some time to write this review – a big shoutout to Palak who works at Subway! She is outstanding when it comes to making rice bowls. I have allergies to black olives, and she was so careful and considerate while preparing my order. The presentation of the bowl was amazing – it honestly looked so delicious, I couldn’t wait to dig in! Thank you, Palak, for your attention to detail and for making such a tasty and safe meal for me. Highly recommend her service!“

“Visited this location in the summer and was not impressed with the cleanliness or the service quality that you’d expect from Pita Pit. Heard there was an ownership change after seeing it across social media and decided to try it out again. I can definitely say the store is in much better hands! The store was immaculate and the new staff are so friendly! It was great to see a hands on owner helping her staff and greeting customers. Will definitely be back!“
