“Visited this location in the summer and was not impressed with the cleanliness or the service quality that you’d expect from Pita Pit. Heard there was an ownership change after seeing it across social media and decided to try it out again. I can definitely say the store is in much better hands! The store was immaculate and the new staff are so friendly! It was great to see a hands on owner helping her staff and greeting customers. Will definitely be back!“

“Small but clean location. The gentleman that served me took my complicated order for 5 people in stride and had a smile the whole time. I don't believe the small dining area is open but if you are doing a pickup order at Subway, this is the friendliest location.“

“I believe the girl on the counter was trying to be accommodating however my wife and I ordered two different bread types and when I was placing all my ingredients on the sub it ended up on the wrong bread it was just the two of us in the sub shop at the time so it should not have been confusing I was disappointed and I felt the value was not there for what I received“

“Today I would love to share with you that I had the "Club on a Sub". When I made this selection, I thought it would be a cold sub but I was pleasntly surprised it was warm and steamy. It was the most incredible sub I have ever had. The meat was stacked so high, O.M.G, I was so full and if Inhad room for another I would definitely buy another!! Words cannot express how amazing this experience was and is. Yes each sub is on the pricier side, so please expect paying a higher price....BUT IT'S SOOOOO WORTH EVERY PENNY! Plus this business was founded by firemen and every customer that enters gets greeted. Come everyone in the Niagara region! I PROMISE you, you will not be left empty. “I have had the privilege of having real cheese steaks before. Let me be clear by saying nothing in the area comes close, but there are a couple places I am willing to settle for. This is one, (the other being Franks). In my heart I know they are not great here, it is a chain so I guess my bar is lower, but I love them. It seems like a guilty pleasure getting them here, and I always enjoy them. Have a realistic expectation when ordering from here, and I think most will enjoy too!“

“The food is always fresh. The store is very clean, and well kept. The food handler, wore gloves and was really well groomed. Our food was handled with care, and well prepared.

“I had eaten sub on various locations but mostly I like this location because the breads are fresh and soft. Employees make sandwich according to me and they behave friendly and speak in a very polite way. The customer service is very fast. The one most important thing is that they wear new gloves before making the sandwich. I recommend to all when you have cravings for eating sandwich, go on this location.“
