Sorry to state the fact that men are disgusting when it come to hitting the toilet bowl. The floor in the stalls was covered in urine which ended up on the bottom of my shoes. “Made reservations to celebrate our event and arrived to a packed restaurant.

Unfortunately, the seating was in a long, large community style table hosting perhaps a dozen people on each side with no separation at all.

Not what we were expecting for the evening. Spoke to our host who was very sympathetic and said she'd see what she could do but it was extremely busy and even reservations were limited to those types of seating.

Decided to sit at the Long table with many others on both sides expecting nothing further.

A bit later, not only did our host, who turned out to be the general manager, get us a different table but she arranged a much more suitable booth with a great server.

The restaurant also comped our wine, totally unnecessary but very much appreciated.

That's customer service at it's very best. The evening was excellent and we very much appreciated it.“

“Sophie’s Noodle House is definitely worth checking out! The barbecue duck was absolutely delicious, tender, flavourful, and cooked perfectly. The combination of the crispy, savoury duck with the noodles was fantastic.

Everything tasted fresh and full of flavour, and the barbecue duck was easily the highlight of the meal. If you’re a fan of Asian cuisine, I’d definitely recommend giving Sophie’s Noodle House a try. I’ll definitely be coming back“

“We lunched at Pho Kingston 2023 03 14 and it was wonderful. Service was prompt and courteous, the food was in our opinion excellent. The restaurant is bright and clean, we did not check the washrooms but I would expect with the basic cleanliness of the dining area that they would be more than acceptable. Lunch for 3 (of which two of us took some home for later) plus 2 spring roll appetizers and 2 takeout dishes was $90. For me this translates to at least seven servings for that price. I had the Beef Pad Thai and a day later for supper at home it was still very tasty. For me it was a first time and I will return for sure. Thank you Pho Kingston.“

We got there around 2pm so it was quiet enough to actually chat, and our server kept the sweet tea topped up without us even asking.
