She had such a positive attitude, was super respectful, friendly, and made the whole atmosphere feel welcoming What impressed me the most was that there were lots of customers and she was handling the front alone, but still managed to welcome every single customer properly with respect and patience. Even while being busy, she kept a smile on her face and treated everyone kindly. That honestly takes real effort and great customer service skills.
