“Went for a Jays game. Atmosphere was the best ever for a sporting event. The place has a real arena effect with the sound and a massive tv. Crowd was cheering and jeering. Can't wait to go again. Our server was exceptional and lots of staff for such a huge crowd. Beer arrived with ice dripping off the bottom of my mug.“

“I cannot express how amazing this restaurant is. I recently went there after Christmas shopping and my starter had quit (something unknown to me) and the bartender and back of house chef came out to help in the cold. Not only were they cheerful and helpful but a regular came in and recommended banging on the solenoid, which my partner had tried, but it was a very friendly exchange.
While we waited for a tow, I went back into the bar for warmth and another beer and I was greeted with the friendliest of exchanges.
We were far from home, and farm and have never felt more at home.....away from home. I give this location 10000000/10.
I will be back. Many more times.“

“Amigos - My favorite local bar! Overall, you'll enjoy it nonetheless.
Atmosphere is giving 2005 vibes, best throwbacks in the West end from Hip-Hop, RnB, Dancehall, Reggae Music, etc. Owner is the best of the best, always warm welcomes & smiles. Food is always proper & fresh served hot from the kitchen. Simply put, you'll enjoy it if you're not afraid of the off-crowd & act like you've been there before.“

“Tonight there was a group of men promoting white supremacy and confederate flags in Maclarens. They confirmed this verbally to us when we asked about their shirt. When we told the manager in an attempt to help their business and let them know what kind of space they are promoting and allowing, and that they were losing us as customers, they said "their money is green". They told us loudly that they do not care. BOYCOTT THIS BAR IF YOU ARE ANTI-SLAVERY, ANTI-WHITE SUPREMACY. PS I do not know why this shows as me recommending the place. NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND. 0/5“

“c'est la première fois que nous y allons et je dois dire que c'est un service incroyable de la part des 2 femmes qui travaillaient ce soir, un excellent service, une excellente ambiance et un excellent emplacement, et le fromage en grains était excellent. Il faut absolument s'arrêter ici si jamais vous êtes dans le coin. Le pub Pele Mele est un excellent arrêt à faire“

“Shoutout to Tailgators for throwing me one hell of a birthday party last night! They went above and beyond for me and my large group of friends. I showed up to the lounge that was perfectly set up the way I wanted, one of the managers Ian was running around for me for the first hour trying to get my music and slideshow to work. He even let me log into my own Spotify when we couldn’t figure it out. Food was delicious and on time! Servers were so great and fun. Everyone had a blast and I couldn’t have asked for better! Would recommend this spot and their staff 10/10 times! So happy! Thanks again!“

“Came for the IESA State Wrestling tournament. swung in for some drinks during a break to celebrate my nephew getting into the Championship. Our server/bartender/ runner/ host/ one man front of house machine GREG!!!! and his cook who we couldn't utilize sadly because only those two were running the place and we had a limited time. Great environment, menu looked amazing, amd great taps available. Gregg acknowledged every person walking through the door got us our drinks with perfect timing and could be seen running the floor to help everyone out. next time We're up north this place will be a for sure stop. and hopefully we can run into Gregg again to get the same stellar service.“

“We went for Father's Day. It was quiet but our waitress was amazing. Super friendly and attentive. Food was good. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Our waitress even gave the Father's some promotional T-shirts and drink cozies. Very nice of her. Bonus parking lot as it is very hard to find street parking in the Glebe.“

“Went in while I was waiting for my wife, and was immediately greeted in a very friendly manner by my server Beza I ordered a beverage which came out almost immediately, and my food came shortly after. Everything was delicious, and the service was awesome (Beza even charged my AirPods for me while I waited for my food!) will definitely be back again!“
