“Food was great and the large restaurant was very busy so make a reservation if going at a time that might be busy. We had the kimchi fries with cheese curds which was amazing and a huge portion. We also had a pizza and gnocchi which we took home a lot of because of the fries! The pizza had a bechamel sauce and the gnocchi were perfect.“

“My family enjoyed a take-out meal last night from Sula Wok. I would describe it as incredibly tasty, evocative flavours, large portion sizes and generally a fantastic gastronomical delight! The chicken samosas were the best I have had anywhere in Ottawa, in short - awesome. The mango-ginger sauce for the samosas was also exceptional. My entrèe was the Tibetan Fried noodles with tofu. The portion was generous and carefully prepared. The spices were delightful, the vegetables were fresh, plentiful and throughout the meal rather than just placed on top. Every bite was delicious. Thank you Sula Wok for the best take-out meal I have enjoyed in years! I highly recommend this restaurant. It definitely deserves a five star rating.“

“Tried a whole variety of Chris’s ice cream this weekend (7 different flavours). They were all delicious!!! My absolute favourite was the lemon ice. “Had breakfast with a group of seven. There was a small line when we arrived at 10 am and a longer line after we left at 11:10 am. All of us ordered something different and everything looked so good. Food was fresh, tasty, and portions were huge. Plus food came out rather quickly considering every table was occupied.

Service was excellent. The owner was there talking to customers and helping out. Like he said “this is not a hobby for me.” And it shows. Our server was kind and thoughtful. “While the cupcakes were good, I picked up a half dozen of mini-cupcakes to go as they were for a toddler and the box given was large and didn't have any partitions or way to keep the mini-cupcakes from rolling around. When they were brought directly from the shop to my destination, the cupcakes had all kind of fallen over and the icings melded together. They tasted good, but the presentation was lacking - not that a toddler would care - but would recommend looking into at least smaller boxes with some kind of partition or selling the mini-cupcakes as a pre-made set to go so that presentation can be preserved.“

I had the chance to celebrate my birthday at Aiana Restaurant Collective, and I have to say that the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

First of all, a huge thank you to Oliwer, our server, who provided impeccable service, combining professionalism, courtesy and great attention to detail. He knew how to make our evening smooth and pleasant, with precise recommendations and great energy. Special mention also to the bartender, who was generous enough to capture precious moments between my girlfriend and I with a Polaroid, a thoughtful gesture that really marked this special evening.

Aiana’s cuisine is a true tribute to quality ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors.

🥩 Entries:
- Pig 🍏: A tasty dish where the sweetness of the apple and the texture of the quinoa enhance the richness of the pork, all enhanced by a delicate Robert Sauce.
- Salmon 🐟: A balanced and refined plate, with perfectly cooked lentils and a tangy touch of sea buckthorn which gives a beautiful depth of taste.
- Partridge 🍁: A magnificent discovery! The meat was tender, accompanied by an original combination of plantain, cabbage and a subtle touch of jalapeño.
- Halibut 🍊: A light and delicate dish, with a perfectly executed sauce that highlighted the finesse of the fish.

🍰 Dessert:
Nanaimo 🍫🥥: A revisited and sophisticated version of the classic, with melting textures and an explosion of flavors between chocolate and coconut.

And to top it all off, the little tartlet offered as a birthday surprise was a delicate touch that really touched me!
