“This Harvey’s location is really fast with their orders. I got my pickup order super quick, and what I really liked was how friendly the customer service was. I appreciated the smiles, especially after a long day of work. On top of that, the regular size milkshakes are only $3 right now, which is an awesome deal. “I ordered through the Harvey’s app and picked up my food at the drive-thru. The order was ready really quickly, and the whole process was smooth and easy. The only small issue was that my food wasn’t quite hot by the time I got it. I think it’s because the app tells customers to pick up about 10 minutes later, but the food is often prepared much sooner and not kept under the heat lamp long enough. Hopefully this is something they’ll improve on for future orders, because everything else was great and I’ll definitely be back.“

“My husband and I will go out of our way to visit this Harvey's location! Our food is always hot and we never have to check our drive-thru bag to make sure our order is correct. Every employee we've encountered is courteous and smiling which seems to be so rare these days, not to mention all surface areas are clean and organized. We were actually here on the weekend and yet again it didn't disappoint. Highly recommend!“

“My experience at the A&W at the Stone Road Mall was very positive. The food was delicious as usual and prepared within a timely manner and the employees were kind and welcoming. One employee especially, Harman, was very warm and friendly. She made me smile with her smile and I felt comfortable to order specifically what I wanted because of her service.

“Best smash burger in town. The patties are all beef, standard 4 oz size, nicely seasoned, buns are top quality, and condiments are great. Love the pickles especially, they are very thinly sliced. Really great vibe inside the little restaurant too. Rick even makes his own special condiments from time to time, like hot peppers, which are super good. Dogs were juicy and had a great flavour, and the buns were perfect. Onion rings and fries are delish. The staff will answer any questions you have about the food. I highly recommend this place for fast food that is not ultra-processed, while still being fairly priced given the cost of food these days. I got two cheeseburgers with double cheese + o rings on top for $13 after tax. Remember Burger's Priest, folks? Cost more than that for a single burger.

Rick is a kind and generous guy in my experience. They will customize your order to a T. Get a double patty if you want more meat. They kindly put onion rings on my burger though that's not an option listed on the menu.

I can't recommend this place enough, it's a gem. Wonderful staff and excellent classic fast food. Been here probably ten times in the last month. Gotta get all my Rocky's in before they shut for the winter. Really appreciate what they offer to the city.

“Honestly it's worth going to, everything is worth the price and the staff are always friendly and kind. I once showed up at 8:20 when they closed at 9pm and they sat us down and didn't rush us at all. We made sure we got out by 9:20 and tipped well. I will always recommend this place.“
