KFC in Guelph

“This is definitely one of the better KFCs to go to, there's no drive-thru, which is somewhat of a disadvantage, but whatever they're doing in there, they are doing good.

The food is always super crispy and warm, and I think because it's really busy, but sometimes they don't make enough chicken, a lot of the time actually. And to make a fresh batch is like 15 minutes, I don't see how you could ever run out, because when you start running out you would just put down more chicken, that's the only complaint.

There's definitely a lot worse KFC's than this, but as far as they go this is a pretty good one. The one I prefer to go to the most probably In Guelph at least.“

“The consistency in the quality of food has improved dramatically at this location, which was one of the main reasons so many people myself included stopped going to KFC, no one wants to eat left over fried chicken. Great improvement however the service is on the slower end, the staff is not to be blamed though, having the option to tip is great, but definitely awkward and inconvenient when you are just going through a drive through, it’s the employees that need to pay their staff more, and maybe even hire more employees“

In my darkest times in life, the Big Crunch is always there to bring me life and energy. decent customer service, a little slow sometimes - (not open on weekend!)“

“Was looking for Vegan options in the mall food court and found that this KFC fries the plant based patty in a separate cooker than the ones the chickens are fried.The sandwich comes with a bit of sorry looking lettuce and a vegan creamy sauce. The sandwich has an amazing crunch and in places is quite thick giving a nice bite to it.Wish the Plant Based Popcorn Chikn is back or there are some other better options available as well.“
