The furniture is all repurposed and has a lived-in feeling to it. And there's so many different beers there. And everything is local. I wish you all a lot of success!“

“All food very good, except for their ice cream. Tastes like it was bought at the dollar store - need to change brand. Nachos are great! Service by Angela was fantastic.

Update: went again. Veges were cold but rest of food was hot. Was annoyed when I was charged 3 dollars for some extra gravy becaise my hot turkey sandwich didnt come with enough for the potatoes and stuffing. Little things like that make the experience negative. I didnt complain, just paid and noted that I wont be frequenting it as much if they nickel and dime everything.“

“I’ve been wanting to try Bernie’s for sometime now and I’m sure glad I got to today. The ambiance was a delight, the kitchen was busy with takeaway orders right when they opened and the bartender was nice. My pint of beer was nice and cold and my club sandwich was over the top awesome and left me feeling full. My girlfriend enjoyed the burger — which the beef patty looked house made- and my Caesar salad was made with fresh crunchy lettuce! We’ll definitely be back for more! Cheers!“

“Rolled through here for the first time playing a show with my band. The pictures do not do it enough justice. Vibes were immaculate. Only one person working on a Friday night but the staff there was very nice and the tacos were delicious. Great selection of beer and other drinks with very fair prices. Venue space is unique and has great character as well. Definitely recommend for fans of good dive bars with character or just those looking to enjoy some live music. This is an awesome spot I can't wait to return to“

Then our takeaway order was ready, was brought to us by the manager, forget your name, sorry!! He gave us a hug!! “I can’t honestly comment about the food or drinks because I didn’t try any. But I can tell you that while I was there, I met one of the newer owners Joanne. I can tell that she puts her heart & soul into this place & works hard to make it a safe, and friendly environment.
I face painted at an event on their patio (hired by someone else holding an event). I had the opportunity to spend several hours on site & chatted with her & her staff. They were all so nice and welcoming. 🙏🏼💜.
I’m not an experienced bar patron so I can’t give feedback from that perspective, but I can tell you that the people behind the scenes making it happen are solid & hardworking & that tells me a lot.
