“This was some of the best ramen that I have had. The atmosphere was great, however the place is a little cold as it is winter. The highlight of my experience was the awesome service since we were seated right away, our orders were taken quickly, and the food was produced promptly. The staff made sure that we were happy with our food. Out of 10 I would give this place a solid 8.7.“

If you’re looking for a place that serves authentic, high-quality ramen, Shiro Ramen is the spot. Probably the best ramen I had in Canada .The gyoza was also surprisingly good !

“Chef yoshi is amazing to his vegan customers. There are a few vegan options and they are all delicious. The restaurant itself only has a few main dishes so it’s a pretty good selection considering. If you have any worries you can 100% ask without judgment.“

“The kashu pork melts in your mouth, the ramen eggs are perfectly cooked ("8 minute eggs"), the broth (tonkatsu) is delicious, and the staff (owners?) were super nice. For ramen connoisseurs, this place is legit! A surprisingly polished gem in this part of town.“
