The restaurant is excellent, and the food is great. However, communication and customer service need improvement. It seems they don’t handle customer concerns very well, especially since the supervisor is difficult to communicate with and resolving issues can be challenging.
What a pleasant surprise! As he was so customer friendly I asked for the name of the employee who took our order. Thank you, Aniket, you made my kids' day today! They should make you employee of the month!
The restaurant was clean and the food of extremely high quality. We were very impressed.
The service was good but they messed up our order. They didn't give me my large fries with my combo but seemed to give us an extra burger we never asked for. Wont go back.
