Excellent scones and muffins, as for donuts, beware of the sneaky premium donut charge trap, should be one price like other donuts in stock and similar to other donut shops as they are not premium here to warrant upcharge.“

This location: A-E, one star removed for locking bathroom doors. As if baristas don't already have enough to do, they have to monitor and unlock washrooms now? If security is an issue, this is a major corporation, they can hire a security manager or guard. This is not the case, so far, at the new Ritson and Beatrice location in Oshawa, though it may be coming haha.“

“This post is coming from Mairi not Scott. I bought a Nespresso for my birthday from Costco. Received a $30 coupon with my purchase. Googled Nespresso stores in Oshawa and was happy to find a store at the Oshawa Shopping Centre. I went to the store and was helped by a young fellow (didn't get his name but he had cool tattoos on his hands). He was so helpful and patient. Helped me figure out the flavours I would like. He was spot on. Will definitely go back when I run out of pods. 🤗“

“This Starbucks is by far one of the best ones I have been to! All of the team here are so friendly and genuinely kind.

The team is extremely knowledgeable and happy to help you make a decision based off YOUR flavour preferences. They never miss an opportunity to flash a smile and create conversation. I bring my newborn daughter in with me and they love making her laugh, great her with so much warmth in their demeanour.

The café is very well laid out, I am able to wheel my large stroller through the entirety of the restaurant and in the bathroom with no issues. The music is always fun and never too loud. There is a quiet seating area right when you walk in that is perfect for my daughter to take a nap while I work, or even some quiet studying with friends. The team put a lot of care into making sure the café is always clean, well maintained and comfortable. Some days they pass out free samples so you are able to try something new! I’ve found some new favourites from this amazing feature.

The food is nothing short of delicious as well! At this point I have tried almost all the breakfast items and have not been disappointed! My new favourite (which was recommended to me by the staff) is the Egg Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich. The drinks are also unbelievable! My drink is always made perfectly and any modifications are followed to the letter!

Some definite shoutouts are Brandon, Ethan, Maddy, Marsha, Lillian, Tammy, and Christina. One member of the team that deserves her own accolade is Taylor. You can tell that she truly cares about the restaurant, the team and the efficiency of the 2 operating in tandem flawlessly! These team members go above and beyond and deserve some recognition! Overall, the entire team is built up of amazing people and I am so privileged to have been taken care of here. Great job Starbucks team and keep being as amazing as you already are!!!“

“It's a mortifying but still kinda nice experience when you visit a place often enough that every employee knows your name and order on sight. Everyone is super friendly, the drinks are delicious, and the pearls are consistently a nice chewable texture (sadly uncommon with boba)“

I GIVE THE OWNER 100 STARS This is my 2nd review i did not say enough the 1st time. The LADY server there is the nicest person i have ever known, I have been going there since last oct and not once was anything less than 200% PERFECT. I go there early every morn, then when i get home ( rertired) I feel great all day. I do not know her name, but she deserves a lot of credit and thanks. Again she is the best. I even told her if she ever needs my help I am 3 min. away.

“I just stopped by quickly to meet a potential landlord (good meeting) and yes for the very little time that I was there, I was able to relax and be comfortable while discussing my business. Most staff was alright, nothing to really complain about.
My grandson had a honey cruller because he's just a baby with no teeth lol so he was able to eat little pieces because it was very fresh and tasty. (Nana had a little bite too)
And my coffee was quite hot but it was yummy as well.
So my altogether experience was not too bad.
