“Exellent breakfast, great people, great prices!!! My wife and I have become regulars. Only one dissapointing moment so far. A Regional Manager was there for inspection one day when they were short staffed, and she seemed harsh on the employees for not working faster when they were doing their best. What bothered me most was the poor optics of an outside Manager being critical in front of customers while just standing there and not helping the staff who obviously care about their customers.“

I’ve wanted to try the new macadamia cream brew but I was told that it’s not vegan as it’s unfortunately pre-mixed with dairy and I also prefer hot coffees rather than cold. The one who took my order suggested how they can make it vegan with my choice of plant-based milk. Asa my order was placed, I was handed over the drink as the barista paid attention to our conversation ? how amazing is that! I am now considering moving closer to this Starbucks ? as my faith in people caring about serving their customers has been restored and I am not even exaggerating! Lol“

Speaking of drinks, I’ve never had an issue with my orders here—they always get my drink just right, and I have no complaints whatsoever!

If security is an issue, this is a major corporation, they can hire a security manager or guard. I GIVE THE OWNER 100 STARS This is my 2nd review i did not say enough the 1st time. The LADY server there is the nicest person i have ever known, I have been going there since last oct and not once was anything less than 200% PERFECT. I go there early every morn, then when i get home ( rertired) I feel great all day. I do not know her name, but she deserves a lot of credit and thanks. Again she is the best.
