“Ordered panzos last night, order was messed up and ended up with bbq sauce inside and that is not what was ordered, called the store once we realized and they claim thats what was on the order...I have a picture of the order and no where says bbq sauce! Called customer service and they claimed the same thing! Well no where on my order does it say bbq! They sent a new one and charged us $19 for the replacement instead of trying to be helpful and fix the mess up! Absolutely unacceptable! I AM happy to update my review as the store has been very good and looked into what happened and has tried to make it right!!! Thank you Ginos“

“Ordered online was ready in a timely manner. Small mistake with the order but they went above and beyond with making things right. Fixed the order with complimentary drink and pizza. I am extremely happy with the service and the experience. Will go back for sure! Thank you to the manager Lucas for taking care of the order.“

“i moved here couple months ago and after trying everywhere this is the only place in town i can find that doesnt regularly mess up your order .You will get food with almost too much toppings without ordering extra toppings, perfectly cooked , great price, even a grease protector underneath so whatever you set the box on doesn't stain what u set it on , and the mini table that i haven't seen in pizzas for decades to prevent box from being crushed.This place does the little and big things right .Cheers Thamesford pizza staff you guys rule !Thanks !“

“It was nice and the food was good. Was not impressed with the menu. Totally different menu online and the prices were cheaper. When the waitress brought the menu, it was one page front and back and no listing of drinks. When the food was served everyone got theirs at different times. The only thing that was brought out together was the french fries n the poutine. My daughter finished her putine and she brought out my burger, when I was about half way done on that, my grandsons sgahetti was brought out. When he was about half way trhough that my daughters sandwich was brought out. Do they not know how to cook the food at the same time , so it is brought out top everyone at the same time instead of making 4 trips. Then we sat and waiting over 10 minutes, thinking that the waitress would at least brin the bill to the table. So we got up after 10 min and paid on my way out.“

“Made a reservation earlier this week for just over 40 ppl for my sons whole team. Very accommodating and very friendly! Got the kids order first before they started the adults!! My Alfredo was a bit dry (but could have just been personal preference), the whole team loved their meal!! Will definitely come again! Thank you again!!“

“Although I enjoy the pizza I have come to notice that they do not follow safety guidelines. They use the same gloves handling cash and doing the pizza. I will watch next time I come in and quietly let you know that safety standards should be in place.“

“This is still a location that uses the legendary Blodgett deck ovens. The difference is so noticeable compared w the conveyor belts that the new stores have. It brought back amazing memories of the chewy, crispy crust of 15 years ago at Pizza Pizza. 🍕 A great pie, don't ever change Woodstock store!!“

“Pizza is always delicious, but they got our last order wrong. We ordered 2 pizzas with different toppings but they gave us 2 of the same pizza. We still enjoyed the pizza very much but was very disappointed to have not received our correct order. Next time I will check the boxes before I leave.
