“I used to consider this the worst subway in Kanata because they were so cheap with ingredients. Maybe the ownership changed recently but regardless last few visits I have been really impressed with the friendly service and they dont seem to be stingy with the ingredients.“

“Very crowded but the servers are quite efficient. They know what they are doing. They will also tell you avocado is extra is you pick it. Mind you there are classic deals and build your own. They will push for the classic series and they are around $4 more. I have the cold cuts and I don’t like the way they roll all the meat together like a hot dog. It’s always healthier to go for subway. The deal is also good. I’ll return to this restaurant for sure.“

“Just tried the new nachos at Subway and honestly… they’re really good! Super crispy Doritos, cheesy, and loaded with toppings. The jalapeños gave it a nice kick, and everything tasted fresh. Totally didn’t expect to like them this much, but I’d definitely order again.

“Just had the most wonderful experience. Food was perfect, as ordered and so very tasty. The person who took our order and served us our food is the customer service level that all restaurants should strive to replicate. He was understanding, helpful and kind. Absolutely amazing experience.“

“Wouldn’t normally write a review for a sandwich , but after usual ‘meh’ sandwiches at other locations today’s experience warranted a positive review of our experience. We visited at lunch today July 10th. The line moved efficiently but not rushed and hurried. I appreciated the efficiency but also the extra few seconds of attention to sandwiches. It made a difference. When we sat down to enjoy our sandwiches, I was taken aback at how perfect it was. Ot was fluffy, toasted, the vegetables had a chilled crunch combined with the toasted melted shredded cheese and meat. I told my daughter it was the most enjoyable subway sandwich I’ve ever had. So many subways have reviews in the 3’s, and we’ve skipped subway based on the locations reviews. This one delivered. Keep up the great work and continue serving the sandwiches with care it shows!“

“Absolutely love this location. It’s always where I stop after work to get something quick to eat. Tonight I went in and was greeted by Jinesh who was lovely to talk to. I’ve always had great experiences with the staff at this location but Jinesh really exceeded my expectations tonight. We had a great conversation as I was getting myself and my siblings some subs. And when I got home to eat they were all great just as we were hoping for. Highly recommend stopping by, especially if Jinesh is working 😉“
