“Every weekday morning, I pass the pretty ladies at the truck on Bowesville LRT Station, and little was I aware of the goodness I was missing. One day, I decided to give them a try, and BAM!. morning coffee was crisp yet flavorful. I only wished they had more options as far as snacks (or perhaps I should have asked!). The croissant could have been fresher, but it was the coffee that made all the difference. Well done!“

“My husband and I found No Go Coffee Co. at Spencerville fair today - it was so good, we went back 3 times!The hot coffee had a great roasted flavour that was really smooth and not bitter or gritty tasting. The iced lattes were a great way to beat the heat - I can't decide if I liked the chocolate or hazelnut flavour shot better.The staff were super friendly and their truck was really cute and clean.My one and only regret: not buying a bag of coffee to bring home!“

“I’ve never had a single bad experience at this Tim Hortons. They always get my order right & they are always SO kind, especially the gentleman who works in the mornings on week days.
I don’t know how they do it, but they also make a wrapped drive thru go by in less than 5 minutes while still providing great service. To this location, keep doing what you are doing. Your work is appreciated“

“Most mornings I go to a Starbucks and get my beverage of salted caramel cold brew. I have tried various locations, this location is the only one that can get it right. I believe the barista who makes it in the morning is Iris(?). Sweet lady, she seems to like working there, always smiling. She is the only one that gets the ratio between cold foam and cold brew right. Her cold foam making skills are clutch, makes it perfect every time where she balances the cream and salt perfectly that it tastes similar to ice cream. Thank you for starting my mornings off right!“

“Without fail, this location makes the drink right every time! Staff are always friendly, always. I choose this location often and weekly. Some other locations I notice will rush my drink and it never tastes the same. Kemptville always does it right. Thank you to the staff!! ❤️“

“This place was the closest to the Kemptville hospital. I went there twice to get some food and drinks because we had to spend 10 hours in the ER. The workers were very nice and friendly and food was fresh. It also wasn’t busy, which was great!
Parking: There is enough parking space.“

“Desiree ( not sure if I spelled that right but she has lovely red hair) Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to compliment myself and my kids tonight . Highly highly recommended going to this location if you want amazing customer service :) She is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to make you smile and give you your order in a very timely matter . She took time out of her busy schedule to serve us ( myself and my two ginger haired kids) and compliment us with some kind words and wished us an awesome night . Thank you so much for making our day and for taking the time to make my kids smile ( my son came back to the car saying that was a really nice lady with red hair she made me a yummy strawberry drink) . My ice Capp tastes amazing too and we all really enjoyed our drinks. Thank you so much for making us smile and making our night wonderful ! I hope they give you a big raise and you have an awesome email :)“

“I had an absolutely amazing experience at this McDonald’s location! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, clean, and well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional—even during what seemed like a busy time. You can really tell they care about customer service and making sure every order is done right.
The food came out surprisingly fast, and everything was fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. The fries were perfectly crispy, the burger was well put together, and the drinks were just right. It’s not always easy to maintain consistency at a fast-food restaurant, but this location really exceeded my expectations.
What stood out the most to me was the attention to detail. The dining area was spotless, tables were cleaned quickly, and the overall environment felt comfortable whether you’re dining in or just stopping by for a quick bite. Even small things—like how neatly the food was packaged—made a difference.
I’ve been to many McDonald’s locations, but this one definitely ranks among the best. Great service, great food, and a great atmosphere. I’ll absolutely be coming back again and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable experience!“
