“I ran here at 3 in the morning to do a food run for a couple of my starving intoxicated buddies. Thankfully the team this morning was able to help us out. And an espeacially big thanks to Emmet for helping me out with a delivery bag as i had a long walk back and for everything else. We know how hard you all work ESPEACIALLY this early in the morning. I pray your boss/manager gets you guys some better pay soon for amazing work you all do. You all deserve it. Thank you all so much.

My best wishes!“

“I stopped in for the first time to get hot chocolate. For $4 each I could not believe how awful it tasted. It was so watered down and had no flavour. I am so disappointed. I threw them out and went to Tim Hortons instead. I suggest the employees make a new recipe. Until then I won’t be returning.“

“I stopped by on my way through town, asked for an iced chi latte and a pumpkin scone. The barista offered to make it a pumpkin flavour instead of the vanilla shot to better match the pumpkin scone that she had made!It was so delicious and I was blown away by her quick thinking and offering to do that for me. Both the drink and the scone were wonderful and I hope I get to stop there again some day“

“What a pleasant surprise! I popped in there (inside) this morning, got my food in a very reasonable amount of time, and the farmers wraps were delicious (and good coffee!!).

So let me tell you why this is a pleasant surprise for me:

This is a small town Tim Hortons, and in my experience those ones usually have slower service than what I get in the big city. Now, add to the fact that in Coboconk today there's some sort of special event going on so you've got a lot more people in town than usual, and there's been a power outage for several days so you have cottagers here trying to get some food, and you've got Hydro workers coming to get coffee and food before their shift starts to fix the downed power lines.

The team inside was incredibly hard-working. Everyone I saw was hustling, and they were making it happen.

Normally in a Tim Hortons the drive-thru seems to get priority and inside takes longer to get my order at a typical Tim's, but even though I was inside today I found my order was ready in a very reasonable amount of time, and I could just see them hustling like crazy behind the counter, filling so many orders quickly.
So considering how swamped they were with customers I was very pleased to get my order that fast.

Hats off to this team, and congratulations for their very hard work to make it a smooth experience at such a busy time. Well done Coboconk Tim Hortons!“
