As always a new shop is going to have its bugs to work through, but I was truly impressed by how the staff dealt with the issue. They went out of their way to not only make up for the small error but provided outstanding service every step of the way.
In the end we got our ice cream cake on time and everyone loved it.

They do changed their management and the environment is more cleaner and brighter. Worth giving this DQ another try.
