“Stopped in on Thursday to order a cake for my daughters birthday party on Saturday. Was unaware that there was a 48 hour time frame for a custom cake. The woman who does their cakes happened to over hear the gentleman tell me this. She came up asked me what I was wanting and told me she could make it happen. Very friendly and helpful staff. “This is the stop for all truckers. This location is in a complex with ample parking lots and trucks use it for trailer swaps or rest areas. On the road in the front and in the back alleys lots of space to park and eat and rest of your needing to make up time. And the food's good too lol. Making me fat but it's ok.“

“These guys are the best. My truck quit at the drive thru speaker after ordering had to call a towtruck and I was worried about my 2 little girls in the back. They served us well and came out to help customers pulling in behind me. I fed my children while waiting for the towtruck it was there in ten minutes to my surprise. These situations can turn out to be horrendous but the whole staff ended up making this a pleasurable experience then I got towed back to Guelph. I wanted to grab an ice coffee with the spare change that was eaten up without an out of order sign to prevent the next upset person. “It's a franchised sub shop. Everything is somewhat the same every time you go. Staff are friendly although occasionally I find one that does not want to cut my sub the way I like it. (In 3 pieces, footlong).
Ingredients are the same every time. Occasionally, the staff need to pay better attention and throw away brown or wilting veggies. I understand food cost, but it does drive away repeat business seeing ugly looking lettuce and other veggies.

Vegetarian options: At subway you make it your way. If you only want veggies that's all you need to ask for. Probably the easiest place I know for simple customization.

Parking: Large parking lot. Almost never more than a few cars taking up the tiniest amount of the lot.

Kid-friendliness: Has various size options for all ages. Kids portions and toys.
