“My son and I dine at the Victoria Street Kitchener Swiss Chalet location most Fridays for dinner. Sue is our most favorite server who brings us lots of laughs and is an excellent server. Lina is the manager at this location who is very hard working, always helps in the dining room, and always gets customers seated promptly. All the other servers are also very friendly and very good at what they do. Food is always hot and fresh. Best ribs in town. This is our favorite Swiss Chalet location by far.“

“We went to watch game 7 of the world series. very disappointed when we went to order drinks after 11 that we were informed that the section is closed. I guess they close and advertise kitchen is open to 11pm . Management didn't have the foresight to make arrangements to serve after 11pm as the place was packed with everyone watching the game. Poor planning which caused a lot of lost revenue and unhappy customers.“

We were mostly served by Pratyasha who was a truely incredible server, she was very friendly and sociable on a busy holiday morning and she genuinely made us feel very welcome! “Had a good experience, waiter was happy to fulfill any extra requests (extra lime, etc.) and the food was great in terms of taste. There were no errors in terms of order, the place was clean, and we had a great time. A good place to take your family out for a good soup and meal and an affordable price.

“I’m giving this five stars based on the price. Where else can you get an all beef foot long hot dog or pork sausage on a fresh bun, with a large soda, with a refill, for so cheap? Currently only $1.50. You must be a Costco member to enjoy. You order at the kiosks and grab your order when it’s called from their walk up counter. Other food options include fries, pizza, soft serve ice cream, all reasonably priced, but the hot dog w/drink seems to be the best deal. Ask for onions on the side and you’ll get a tiny container of chopped onions too! The seating area is very limited and you’ll need to clean off a table if you’re lucky enough to snag one. (I use a packet of their vinegar w/napkins to clean).“

The crab salad had a rotten fish taste to it the sashimi was not fresh the salmon was coming apart when you picked it up the fish seemed to have a taste resembling being improperly frozen for too long.The presentation was terrible like cafeteria style. It was cheaper than all the other AYCE sushi restaurants...but for a reason it is the lowest quality in the K W area. We actually left still hungry on a positive note the waitress was really nice.
