“My son and I dine at the Victoria Street Kitchener Swiss Chalet location most Fridays for dinner. Sue is our most favorite server who brings us lots of laughs and is an excellent server. Lina is the manager at this location who is very hard working, always helps in the dining room, and always gets customers seated promptly. All the other servers are also very friendly and very good at what they do. Food is always hot and fresh. Best ribs in town. This is our favorite Swiss Chalet location by far.“

“I’m giving this five stars based on the price. Where else can you get an all beef foot long hot dog or pork sausage on a fresh bun, with a large soda, with a refill, for so cheap? Currently only $1.50. You must be a Costco member to enjoy. You order at the kiosks and grab your order when it’s called from their walk up counter. Other food options include fries, pizza, soft serve ice cream, all reasonably priced, but the hot dog w/drink seems to be the best deal. Ask for onions on the side and you’ll get a tiny container of chopped onions too! The seating area is very limited and you’ll need to clean off a table if you’re lucky enough to snag one. (I use a packet of their vinegar w/napkins to clean).“

The crab salad had a rotten fish taste to it the sashimi was not fresh the salmon was coming apart when you picked it up the fish seemed to have a taste resembling being improperly frozen for too long.The presentation was terrible like cafeteria style. It was cheaper than all the other AYCE sushi restaurants...but for a reason it is the lowest quality in the K W area. We actually left still hungry on a positive note the waitress was really nice. “Book large private room for 1 year old birthday. Holding 60 people. 10 course menu offer a no pork menu due to some of my guest having restrictions. The room was nicely decorated AC works and private bathroom on the same floor. Waiter was availble for any of our request such as booster seats for kids, ice and packing our left overs. They allow us to come 2 hours before to add some personalize decoration and provided a dessert table. They were very good at communication and calling to confirm amount of people and timing of when I would like the food to come out. Food came out promptly and the guest really enjoy the food and experience. Overall they did a great job!! Was not able to take all the pictures of the food due to being so delicous and eaten all up.“

“Prices are good, especially when it comes to daily deals. Wings come in both breaded and non breaded for the half price wings on Tuesday and Wednesday. Service is good, ironically though, they are more on top of things when it's busy then when it's slow.“
