“One of the best remaining McDonalds within 3 hours of Peterborough.Unfortunately it looks like the staff that have been here for years are getting replaced with immigrant workers living in Peterborough.The ladies who have worked here since my high school days have been consistent and hard workers.The packaging and presentation here is the best around. Nicely wrapped with stickers to hold the wrapping closed. No spillage inside the BigMac box makes the difference.I hope this place continues to be good and doesn't go downhill like all other locations.The downside is McDonalds overcharges for all food now. Almost triple the price. What once was two people's food for $40 is now one person's meal.“

“Couldn't have been more of a surprise. Husband had the chicken parm with spaghetti. Sauce was made in house every day and was delicious. I had the Liver n Onions. Not every one's favorite but none the less it was perfect. Our server was wonderful. Welcomed us and was a huge help as I couldn't decide what to eat.“

“This is a great restaurant. Food is carefully prepared, always hot, and nearly presented (I find some fast food restaurants rush the preparation and the burger is messy and falling apart, but not here). Staff are friendly, polite, and fast. Very good staff at this location, great service. The washroom is clean. The restaurant is small but it is a nice atmosphere. My only negative feedback is that when I was in today the garbage bin by the condiments and napkins were filthy, dirtied with ketchup and other mess. It was pretty gross. I was surprised, hopefully it was just because they were busy.“
“Lunch at Kettle Drums was such a delightful experience, especially since we went during quieter hours.?The ambiance, with its warm and spacious interior, was just lovely, and the staff was incredibly friendly, checking on us occasionally. I adored the attention to detail, like using graters as part of the ceiling decor – those little touches make a place unique!? Now, onto the food! While the menu didn't offer a wide variety, there were more items like steak after 3 pm. We indulged in some Sweet Potato Fries and Shrimp. The fries were presented beautifully – crunchy, flavorful, and a generous portion for one person. They were worth every penny! As for the shrimp, it didn't quite hit the mark in terms of both price and size, but it was still decent.? For drinks, I opted for the Raspberry concoction, which was pretty good; I'd order it again. My friend tried the Lavender, and although I didn't taste it myself, it looked and sounded delightful.A big shoutout to my friend Greatness for sharing your food and letting me snap some pictures! “The BrickHouse has a very nice atmosphere, burgers are outstanding (nachos are great to) and reasonably priced. Kerri was our server and she made the whole dining experience so much more pleasurable with her welcoming and bubbly personality.Highly recommend!!!!“
“The seats are so comfortable. The space is so comfortable.The Maple Peppercorn Burger is a 9/10. I had the taste many times in my life though. It's a taste that's always good but I need new things. The fries were unimpressive at (7/10). The server was regular & professional which is great. The seats though are so nice & the spacing of the restaurant is great. So colourful. Great TV's.“
