Even though they were short staffed, they did not get flustered. Every customer was served with a smile on their face and very respectfully. And customers did not act impatiently. Food was good and of course hot and fresh.

I find all Harvey's (and most businesses) are less focused on service since covid, but Harvey's has probably been affected the least.This is by far the better Harvey's, the downtown one has 100% of the time gotten my order wrong and often has people walking up to your car asking for money which is a bit scary, and you need staff to open the washrooms for you.The layout of this location is much better and you can use the washrooms when you want.
