This evening I had my purse stolen at Harvey's on Water Street Peterborough on.The staff were not very helpful or kind about it. I left my name, number and description of my stolen bag. Couldn't find out the name of manager there or when he would be in. If there were cameras facing where I had my purse last.Very upset with that treatment. Even the police said I wouldn't eat there again.
Terrible customer service, I've completely stopped going here even tho they are a 3 minute walk from my house. Rude, inconsiderateand sarcastic staff, inconsistent hours and forgetting items over half of the time when ordering through the app.
