“Today was the first time I have been in since Jeremy officially became owner and he did not disappoint. As always, the treats we purchased for my daughter's sweet 16 dinner, were AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS 😋. The Dirty Shirley was fantastic and the customer service was the icing on today's visit. A smile and hello, having someone who takes pride in their products and describes them enthusiastically and then offers a good-bye and have a nice day, are not something I experience often these days ☺️“

“Stopped in for an ice cream cone with my dog Levi. The staff were so friendly and gave Levi a treat. Delicious! we will recommend this place.“

“Love this location. All of the food I have ever got from here is so well put together and delicious! I just got the chipotle chicken wrap, and the thing was the size of a large burrito. Fillings were well ratioed, and it was so good. The guy at the window and speaker was funny and pleasant. And they're so quick!
Honestly most other locations just throw their food together resulting in s sloppy, inedible mess...not this one! Thank you!“

“This Hass to be one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. The lineup was out of the road which concern me for how long it would take to get anything. But they were so fast. They’ve never gotten my order wrong. Even when I have crazy requests, like half Wildberry and half peach sparkling quencher. Or sandwiches with extra sauce and certain cheese and certain Bread. And the coffee is always great.“

“Absolutely impressed with the staff on Saturday Sept 14, 2024 around 730pm. Not only were they friendly, they carried themselves respectfully and the young man at the window was kind!

I haven’t received great service like this in some time…. We did not enter the restaurant but earlier we left a McDonald’s in Bancroft because of how disgustingly dirty it was
This restaurant although we didn’t go inside, but the windows looked well maintained, and from what I could see inside the drive through window it was clean.

The sauce on the Big Macs and arch was way too mustardy - unsure if there was a mistake made there, but it did affect my food slightly. Although, I was too hungry to care

“amazing croissants, cookies and croissant sandwiches. yummy coffee and chai lattee is my favorite, they make it in house. all workers make a living wage and the owners bring awareness to important causes. Best place to get coffee and treats in Peterborough by far!“

“Went through the drive thru today and ordered three coffees and a tea. Was about to drive out of the parking lot when an employee came running at our car. He had forgotten to put sweetener in my tea and ran it over to my car. I understand we can forget but appreciated so much for him running out and stopping us!! It was also cold and lots of snow on the ground. Great customer service!! Thanks and I will be back!“

“I was just going to grab a coffee. I was blown away with the doughnut counter and sandwich offerings.

I bought a great early lunch, amazing coffee, warm delicious sandwich and a couple doughnuts.

Coffee Time, where have you been, many more locations please.
