“During non-Covid times, loved eating there. So busy. Tonight's take-out Halibut & Chips were far from good. The halibut was not fresh and had a spoiled taste. So disappointing. Will wait til they are open and food is fresher.“

The service was fast and friendly and we were seated immediately! The restaurant is cute and the canoe above the bar was perfect! The state of the restaurant could use a bit of a pick me up - the chairs we sat in had stains on them, and there were a lot of areas where paint was coming off walls because of chairs banging into them, etc. However, these things you can notice in daylight did not deter from the pub-vibe of the place!

We arrived just in time for happy hour (unplanned!) We started with the tragically dip appetizer. The pitas to dip was good! We aren’t professionals but we weren’t sure if the Guac and queso were homemade but the salsa sure seemed like it. I of course went for the 1/2 price chicken wings and my husband had fish and chips!

The fish was so crispy and fries were comparable to a chip truck! My chicken wings (buffalo mixed with ranch) were crispy and hot (temperature!) and delicious.

We enjoyed our lunch here and may be back!“

“We have been enjoying many meals at Berc’s over the past 6 years. We always look forward to our trips to Peterborough and Berc’s is always the highlight of the trip. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is always friendly and accommodating! The menu selection is superb and the soup, in our opinion, is worth the trip. “Discovered WH Peterborough at the start of this year and I am addicted to it. Great sports bar space, extensive menu with lots of options for everyone. The staff are all great, super friendly and welcoming as is the owner. Cold beer, lots of TV's, but THE WINGS, omg they are delicious. Soooo many flavours and so well cooked. I love food and finding great spots, especially wings. HANDS DOWN the best wings in town and i have tried them all. Everytime i am there the takeout drivers are in and out so word is getting out even for take-outs eats, fantastic. They even have some stellar deals most nights of the week. Go check it out!“

“Hey your fridge is making a very hig pitched and loud noise all day long. It has been like this for over a month now. I am angry that you expect your workers to endure this. Please allow them to trun the fridge off until it can be repaired. Forcing you employees to listen to this all day long, every shift, just so you can move a bit more refrigerated product is incredibly disrespectful to their mental health and a perfect example of corporate negligence. You could at least pretend to care about the environment your employees have to work in not to mention that you expect your customers to 'enjoy this dining experience'. “Ordered General Tao, Shanghai Noodles made with Chicken and the Hot and Sour Soup. All three were amazaningly delicious! Hot and Sour soup was spicey right to my liking. Shanghai Noodles were juicy and soft and filled with chicken! General Tao lacked any Broccoli but still was delicious. Would recommend 100%.“
