“Every time I visit this Tim Hortons, I’m greeted with fast service and friendly faces—but I have to give a special shoutout to Andrea. She’s one of those people you can tell genuinely cares about her team and the customers. You don’t see that kind of leadership often these days. The store always runs smoothly when she’s there, and it shows in the atmosphere. She’s the kind of person who makes your coffee and your day better.“

“Management seems to be lacking at this location. In the evening only 2 staff is working which means when one goes on break one person is doing orders, making food and coffee, doing mobile orders and door dash orders. Also there is no espresso machine and for a coffee shop in the centre of down town that is a very unusual choice to be made. Staff are great but management needs to do better for its staff and customers.“
