“Toppers has stepped up to the plate in spades yesterday evening. Thank you for the remake of a large pizza! I was watching my three grandchildren and two dogs. While I was giving my amazing grandkids their bath, one dog was mischievous and ate an ENTIRE LARGE pizza! After a worrisome call to a vet describing what the dog ate (thanks to the detail information on toppers receipt) I placed a call to toppers to reorder the exact same pizza. The amazing staff at Toopers gave me a remake for FREE. The delivery guy was exceptional saying he didn’t want any money but I told him bring your debit machine and I will pay the value of the pizza and you can share with your colleagues. He was very appreciative.

“A Little bit biased opinion because I have a lust for Arby's since being a child. This place lives up to the standard. Courteous employees that take pride in delivering the quality of food that Arby's demands, an always clean store that makes me feel welcome and menu delights that make my mouth water just thinking about it! Not uncommon to hear satisfied customers ring the bell 🔔 as they're leaving to show the staff how satisfied they are. Kudos to the staff and management!“

“I called Dairy Queen in the south end. Wanted to get a birthday cake. That’s about all we can do during this pandemic. Is try to celebrate as best we can. The young man who answered was very short... not only short but told me I could just go through the drive through to get a birthday cake. And before I had a chance to say anything else he hung up abruptly. So, thank you to the Chelmsford location. Nadine was kind, polite, and very accommodating. I will be picking up the cake tomorrow. The friendly lady working there provided outstanding customer service, taking our order even though they were technically closed. “We are on an 8 hour journey today and stopped at this A&W. We were greeted with a friendly smile, and a compliment, Scott gave her our order… two teen burger meals, one without a bun… she asked if I wanted a lettuce wrap …I said sure. I looked up and saw mustard relish and ketchup on the burger … I asked her if I could only have mayo, she replied, “Sure! but it’s pickles not relish … do you still want the pickles?” I said, “Yes please!” Scott looked at me and said, “Should we only get one meal and you just get a burger… I said yes cause I don’t eat a lot of fries and I only need a sip of the Root beer!” Our server said, “ Sure great! No problem!” She repeated the order over again and we paid. I looked at her and said, “You are great at your job and the best I have seen in a long time, Thank-you for such amazing service.
