First world issues I agree but the buns have become 3rd best and they removed certain cheese from the menu that have made our burgers less desirable and lastly , the spicy potato chips have changed, not as great as they use to be.“

We went out for lunch to celebrate my friend receiving the life-changing news that she is cancer free after twenty years. From the moment we walked in, Kylee greeted us with warmth and genuine care, immediately asking how we were doing.

When we shared our news, she responded with such compassion and sincerity — even giving my friend a congratulatory hug. Throughout our meal, she checked in on us, and her kindness truly elevated our entire experience.

“ORIGINAL REVIEW: I don't normally leave neg reviews, but I'm a fan of Harvey's, and this wasn't just a missed item on a takeout order - it was inedible.

Service was nice, and I was hungry enough to look past the appearance of the toppings, but I had to get a refund after 2 bites.

Stale bun, toppings (specifically tomatoes and onions) looked old and gross, onion rings were inedible, fries were meh and bairly hot.

Went to Burgers Priest instead and got a right proper burger.

EDIT: Okay, corporate reached out, and the manager Ramanpreet offered a free combo of choice on my next visit. I returned, somewhat trepidaciously, and was pleased to see an apples to oranges difference. The toppings looked amazing, fresh and vibrant; the burger and bun were delicious, onion rings tasty, and fries were warm. Well done!

Order has been restored, and Harvey's is back in my favorites.“

“our food was cold by the time we got to our table and our burgers were half raw. so disappointing after waiting realistically 30 minutes - standing while we wait for them to prepare the food.. they also forgot one of our orders.. the staff was really helpful and friendly but the food was terrible. we didn't even bother to say anything. “This has been one of my fav restaurants in London to eat at and I used to eat here once a week pre pandrmic. I don't know if its still the after effects or if there's new management or what but the last 3 times that we have come downtown to eat here, they've been closed. including today where my 9 year old son had planned our 'date night' for my Birthday. Plan was Jay Dee's for our all time FAV cheese sticks and my FAV TBurg followed up with a trip across the road to the Arcade. He even went online and tripled checked the hours to make sure it said open until 730 every day of the week. We arrived downtown around 630 and much to our disappointment AGAIN, the restaurant was CLOSED. So we had to change up our plans and eat across the road at the Arcade Bar. In my opinion you should somehow notify your customers on your website of early closures so they are aware prior to the trip downtown and paying for parking etc if applicable. The first 2 times this happened we had driven in from out of town to find out of the closures. So my rating is as follows, the food is AMAZING, the atmosphere was always welcoming and comfortable but the random hours are a serious issue. Such a shame to be honest. Not sure after 3 failed times in a row to be met with a closed restaurant that we will try again. I will always rav about the food though.“

During busy times, customers have to wait in line to order with the person who is also making the food, delaying everything. This establishment is chronically under-staffed, even on a good day. This is also resulting in workers missing out on tips… you care about animals so should also care about paying your workers a living wage… your company is now a chain- I think you can afford it.“

“I was at the Five Guys on Wellington south been there a few times and food was great. The burgers are fresh the fries are just that fries - chip wagon style and fresh cut, you can add cajun if you want spice or have it on the side. They are a bit pricey, but I have felt I got good value for the $$$ But not really for the taste and quality.“

“The location is situated on the lower level of Masonville Mall, Entrance 2. It's quite an ordeal to go to to get your A&W meal. First, you have to find parking, then walk through a poorly maintained parking lot (it's winter and I must use a walker), there is only 1 accessibility button on the far left ♿ instead of on both sides of the wide door front at Entrance 2. Once customers get in, there is a small elevator 🛗 they can use to get to the food court on the lower level. Please note that this elevator is very slow.

The A&W restaurant itself is as one would expect in the food court of a mall.

The female staff member was very helpful by offering to put a "delivery" lid on my soft drink cup so it wouldn't spill while transporting my meal home. I appreciated that 4 ketchup packs were put in the bag without me having to ask for them.
The beyond meat burgers were hot (temperature) and very delicious. The amount of fries that comes with the meal combo was generous.“
