First world issues I agree but the buns have become 3rd best and they removed certain cheese from the menu that have made our burgers less desirable and lastly , the spicy potato chips have changed, not as great as they use to be.“

“Simply put it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. We got two double burgers, two single burgers, one regular poutine, one regular fry, and four drinks. Our total was about $85 before tip.

They took their time to make the burgers and it shows. Fries were very good as well. Place was very busy when I was there and just two people working.“

We went out for lunch to celebrate my friend receiving the life-changing news that she is cancer free after twenty years. When we shared our news, she responded with such compassion and sincerity — even giving my friend a congratulatory hug. Throughout our meal, she checked in on us, and her kindness truly elevated our entire experience.

After lunch, Kylee surprised us with a complimentary dessert to help us celebrate. She then went above and beyond by coming out with a board that read “Jyl is Cancer Free!” and even announced it to the restaurant. “It was my first time at Harvey’s, and the service was really fast and straightforward. I ordered the Angus beef meal set with a bacon double cheese poutine, and everything was very good. I had tried poutine elsewhere before, but Harvey’s poutine definitely outshined that experience. If you’re craving a solid burger and fries, this is a place worth trying. There’s also a good amount of seating available, which makes it convenient to dine in.“

Service was nice, and I was hungry enough to look past the appearance of the toppings, but I had to get a refund after 2 bites.

Stale bun, toppings (specifically tomatoes and onions) looked old and gross, onion rings were inedible, fries were meh and bairly hot.

Went to Burgers Priest instead and got a right proper burger.

EDIT: Okay, corporate reached out, and the manager Ramanpreet offered a free combo of choice on my next visit. I returned, somewhat trepidaciously, and was pleased to see an apples to oranges difference. The toppings looked amazing, fresh and vibrant; the burger and bun were delicious, onion rings tasty, and fries were warm. Well done!

Order has been restored, and Harvey's is back in my favorites.“

“our food was cold by the time we got to our table and our burgers were half raw. so disappointing after waiting realistically 30 minutes - standing while we wait for them to prepare the food.. they also forgot one of our orders.. the staff was really helpful and friendly but the food was terrible. we didn't even bother to say anything. “When I came into A&W, I was served by a girl named Shania, and her customer service was absolutely amazing. Even though the restaurant was busy, you would never know it—she stayed calm, friendly, and incredibly efficient the whole time.

The food at DQ is consistently good. Their burgers, chicken strips, and fries are always served hot and fresh, making it a great place for a quick lunch or dinner. But of course, the highlight has to be their desserts. The Blizzards, with their endless flavor combinations, are a fan favorite and never disappoint. Whether it’s Oreo, Reese’s, or seasonal specials, each one is rich, creamy, and loaded with toppings. The dipped cones and sundaes are also simple classics that never go out of style.“

“This has been one of my fav restaurants in London to eat at and I used to eat here once a week pre pandrmic. I don't know if its still the after effects or if there's new management or what but the last 3 times that we have come downtown to eat here, they've been closed. including today where my 9 year old son had planned our 'date night' for my Birthday. Plan was Jay Dee's for our all time FAV cheese sticks and my FAV TBurg followed up with a trip across the road to the Arcade. He even went online and tripled checked the hours to make sure it said open until 730 every day of the week. We arrived downtown around 630 and much to our disappointment AGAIN, the restaurant was CLOSED. So we had to change up our plans and eat across the road at the Arcade Bar. In my opinion you should somehow notify your customers on your website of early closures so they are aware prior to the trip downtown and paying for parking etc if applicable. The first 2 times this happened we had driven in from out of town to find out of the closures. So my rating is as follows, the food is AMAZING, the atmosphere was always welcoming and comfortable but the random hours are a serious issue. Such a shame to be honest. Not sure after 3 failed times in a row to be met with a closed restaurant that we will try again. I will always rav about the food though.“

“Very disappointing that the self-order stations are not fixed after many weeks. During busy times, customers have to wait in line to order with the person who is also making the food, delaying everything. This establishment is chronically under-staffed, even on a good day. This is also resulting in workers missing out on tips… you care about animals so should also care about paying your workers a living wage… your company is now a chain- I think you can afford it.“

The burgers are fresh the fries are just that fries - chip wagon style and fresh cut, you can add cajun if you want spice or have it on the side.
