“The Works restaurant in downtown London is worth the effort finding parking.

Servers were fantastic! Friendly, timely, not over bearing, appropriately attentive, and genuinely cared about our enjoyment of the food and environment.

They have a really cool mini garage door that rolls up in the summer so if you're lucky, you can get a seat on that side of the restaurant and feel the breeze and see people walking by. It's awesome!

The menu has changed some since I was last there but servers went out of their way to still make my favourite chicken burger that wasn't on the menu anymore. Grilled chicken, cream cheese, grilled pineapple, hot peppers and lettuce. Delicious!

They have amazing beef burgers, veggie burgers, and breaded or grilled chicken. Many choices of sides from fries to cucumbers. All super fresh!

Don't go there without ordering the Tower of Onion Rings. Best onion rings in London!“

“Well, was told about this place and checked it out. It was amazing, lived up to all the reviews here. Wife ordered a double burger and a mushroom burger for us. I don’t usually like mushroom-based burgers but it was amazing. The beef was great too. The banana pudding was also great. Highly recommended.

“This has been one of my fav restaurants in London to eat at and I used to eat here once a week pre pandrmic. I don't know if its still the after effects or if there's new management or what but the last 3 times that we have come downtown to eat here, they've been closed. including today where my 9 year old son had planned our 'date night' for my Birthday. Plan was Jay Dee's for our all time FAV cheese sticks and my FAV TBurg followed up with a trip across the road to the Arcade. He even went online and tripled checked the hours to make sure it said open until 730 every day of the week. We arrived downtown around 630 and much to our disappointment AGAIN, the restaurant was CLOSED. So we had to change up our plans and eat across the road at the Arcade Bar. In my opinion you should somehow notify your customers on your website of early closures so they are aware prior to the trip downtown and paying for parking etc if applicable. The first 2 times this happened we had driven in from out of town to find out of the closures. So my rating is as follows, the food is AMAZING, the atmosphere was always welcoming and comfortable but the random hours are a serious issue. Such a shame to be honest. Not sure after 3 failed times in a row to be met with a closed restaurant that we will try again. I will always rav about the food though.“

The burger and French fries both were so delicious.
There are various choices for soft drinks as well.
The peanuts is served for free and it is also fresh and delicious

“Ordered the large panzerotti(fried) and a regular-sized donair. Huuuge portions! 😁 Delicious spot-on flavour for both items. You ask for extra cheese? You get extra cheese! That’s something pizzerias in Toronto don’t understand. Panzerotti was slightly crispy with an abundance of toppings, and not doughy at all. The donair was flavourful as well. Plenty of meat with just the right amount of donair sauce, wrapped just right in a perfect handheld sandwich. Will definitely be my go-to on my next trip to London.“
