McDonald's in London

“Friday, August 8 2025, I’m in the drive through at around 9:30AM. I don’t eat bacon, so I’m used to ordering at Tim’s an Egg BELT Bagel although in the name, it does not contain bacon. So I order my usual, but at McD’s “Egg BLT Bagel with no tomato, extra lettuce, extra mayo”, my naïvety convince myself that it will come without bacon. Unfortunately, as it turns out (good thing I checked after getting my order), the bagel had bacon. I went back around, and the nice young lady at First Window said since I had ordered it she couldn’t change it. That’s fair, it was me who messed up. So I pay for a new one, this time no bacon. I go to the second window to pickup my new bagel and the young man who had seen me not long before, asked if I had the bagel again. I explained to him yes, I just ordered a new one because this one had bacon and I didn’t want to make a fuss. I used to work at McDonald’s so I can understand how irate some customer’s can be if they don’t get what they want even if they didn’t communicate it. The young man then gave me the new bagel and proceeded to hand me a refund for it. I did not want to accept it, for it was my negligence that put me here.

Anyway, in summary, great drive-thru manners for the first window, I know the new generation is more introverted than what mine was but you handled it well. And thank you young man, for making my day. ALSO, don’t forget to communicate your order, even if it takes a few extra seconds. McDonald’s is fast-food, not psychic-food. I hope the two of you see this. Thank you for reading.“

“I had an excellent experience at this McDonald’s! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order was prepared quickly, everything was hot, fresh, and exactly as requested. The restaurant itself was spotless, with clean tables and well-stocked condiments, which made it a comfortable place to enjoy my meal.

The service here really stood out compared to other locations everyone seemed genuinely attentive and professional, even during the busy rush. It’s clear that the team takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

“I really appreciate the wonderful team at this McDonald’s! I had ordered a burger with drinks, but instead of waiting in the usual spot, I stood in a blind spot where the staff couldn’t see me. Because of this, they accidentally handed my order to another customer.

Even though the confusion happened because of my mistake, the staff handled the situation with great kindness and professionalism. They quickly got everything back on track and made sure I was taken care of.

“This place really pulled through for me, I had a terrible experience at another restaurant (different chain) and had to drive back my own food that was delivered to me, this location got me my food quick and fresh, as I had already spent too much of my night with the nightmare of another restaurant.

“Hotel deserves 100 stars in terms of service at the reception, they are very special and their reception is very nice and they never bother customers even when leaving or entering, you have complete personal freedom, and they are always keen on cleanliness and always smiling on the faces of the employees. I highly recommend using this hotel for anyone visiting the city of London. They also have elderly employees at the reception with old experience in this old hotel, and I always hope to visit this hotel, and I am one of the people who stayed in this hotel for long days and I am very happy to stay in this beautiful hotel. In the place, the people, and this hotel is distinguished in their choice of their employees, and also the hotel manager who works here is very, very, very nice and helps everyone when the service is available to him, and even when you want to leave or you have a problem and you are late, the hotel manager comes and helps you also if. “I had a very positive experience at this location. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly. I was particularly impressed by one lady who helped us clean the table. She was not only efficient but also very kind, making my visit all the more enjoyable.

“This location is a little small and the parking lot is a bit annoying as it is rather narrow. It was clean inside and my order was ready within a reasonable amount of time. The food was really good and staff was kind. I did need to use the bathroom however, and this is one of the locations that locks them until you ask to be let in. I asked and they said they would buzz me in, but the door wouldn't open. I didn't feel like the hastle of going back to ask so I just left. But no major complaints. I like that they still have a refill station here, a lot of other locations do not and I find that extremely frustrating.

Parking: Although there is plenty of parking, it's an awkward lot and narrow in sections. Not the worst, but I wouldn't go when it's busy“

“Food was delicious as usual. A little low in the large fries, I think they're cutting back on the overflow they used to do ?? had a wait approximately 20min for my food but it was also past dinner time so everyone thought to do the same as me.“

“Great little McDonalds nestled into a PetroCan. Don't have the specials, nor iced coffee. Staff are courteous and orders are pretty quick. Busy at lunch with school kids though. Wish they would put some due diligence on keeping tables and floor clean.“

“Had a nice adventure at McDonald’s, lots of laughs and the staff “Jakob” and “Cole” were very nice to me. One even smiled !!! “I have never gone out of my way to write a review for a chain restaurant like McDonald’s, however this location is one I frequent often. With doing so I have got to know the staff/service, which is what lead me to write this review in the first place. McDonald’s being a chain means the food will be the same no matter what, so the service is what stands out so much to me. The staff is always beyond nice, caring and accommodating. It’s a general consistency at this location primarily, I don’t know if the location just lucked out and got all amazing people to fill their staff but either way, they make the difference. I honestly don’t even really like McDonald’s, but the staff is what has kept me coming when I need some place for a reprieve to do some work before work/gym. The personable level is beyond any chain employees. They make you feel comfortable and just like a warm hug. The staff is the only reason I’m writing this review because they deserve the acknowledgment for an uncommon occurrence they have unlike other places.“

“I had the best experience. A few days ago at this Walmart McDonalds location, I watched a lady order a coffee and she was short some money. The worker asked if the customer had the extra money to pay and the customer got mad and started saying how she doesn't have more than $1 , getting mad at the employee and raising her voice. The worker, Jayme, said no problem and paid the extra cost out of her own pocket. Jayme had amazing customer service and stayed professional, even with the lady being rude. The food was very hot and quickly made although the lobby could have used some cleaning, there was a lot of garbage on the floor. Overall a good experience“

“I recently visited McDonald's and had the pleasure of being served by Robert, and I have to say, he made my experience outstanding! I ordered the McVeggies, and it was fully loaded—just how I love it. Robert was incredibly polite and provided excellent customer service throughout. “Great Big Mac Experience!

I recently visited McDonald's and ordered the classic Big Mac, and I have to say, it did not disappoint! The burger was fresh, the patties were juicy, and the signature Big Mac sauce added that perfect tangy flavor. The combination of the sesame seed bun, fresh lettuce, and the pickles gave it a nice crunch with every bite. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly, making for an overall great fast-food experience. Highly recommend stopping by for a satisfying Big Mac if you're craving a solid burger!“
