Went through drive thru. Employee took my order, left me sitting at the speaker for a long amount of time, then tried retaking my order. When I let them know I was just waiting on my total I was rudely advised that they took but never input my order and took the other speakers order. This makes sense considering I was sitting at the speaker for a bit. Told them not to worry about it and went inside to place my order.
I used the drive-thru for a coffee. I wanted to use points but forgot where to find them on the App. The young lady was very sweet and kind and guided me through the app to find what I wanted. Very pleasant.
