My wife is Lactose intolerant and finding good pizza that meets her dietary requirements is hard UNTIL we found Pizza Projekt!!!

We’ve ordered a number of times now and the pizza has always been BANGIN!!!

Today Labour Day we ordered pizza for pick up and I was the one to pick it up instead of my wife.

I was greeted with absolute great Energy from a Bearded Gentleman (great personality and customer service). I’d return just to have this guy make my pizza!!!

We are at home now devouring our pizza and can’t wait to order again!!“

“Hands down the best pizza spot in London! It’s my go-to whenever I’m in the area. The service is always exceptional, and the owner consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every order is fresh—even if you’re just stopping in for a single slice.

You can really taste the quality in everything they make. The ingredients are fresh, the pizza is always delicious, and the sauce is a standout. It tastes homemade, full of flavor, and isn’t overly acidic or bland like you’ll find at many other pizza places.

“So Tony's had the reign of being the best panzerotti in town until these guys came along. Best panzerotti I've ever tasted in my life by a leaning tower of panzo length. I would freeze that sauce into saucicles and eat about 10 on a hot summer day. I would make sweet magical love to that marinara. I would tickle those tomatoes with my ton... you get the idea now go get the panzerotti!“

“I won’t dock a full start for this but your app told me 6:34 and I got there exactly then and was told 7 more minutes. I’m fine with you telling me 30 or 40 minutes if needed if you’re busy but please don’t give me a time and then make me wait. I’d rather my food wait ready them me wait for my food to be ready. If you had told me 6:45 and my pizza was sitting 4 minutes before I got there I would’ve been perfectly happy.
That aside your pizza and lasagna are both fantastic quality and clearly using good ingredients. I especially like the lasagna with layers of thin noodles, for those who like a good lasagna you have to try it.“

The pizza was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had – super fresh and delicious.

On top of that, their customer service was amazing. We originally asked for a pizza without meat, but there was a small misunderstanding and one of the pizzas came with meat. Honestly, it could have been on my end as well.

What really impressed me is that they didn’t argue at all – they immediately offered to make a new pizza for us without any hesitation.

And to make things even better, they also sent us a complimentary cheesy bread, which just shows how thoughtful and kind they are.
