“We ordered popeyes catering (chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, fries, coleslaw, and biscuits) for my son's birthday party. We met with the manager who discussed our options and was so helpful in guiding us on what would work the best. Popeyes was so accommodating with our requests and delivered the food fresh and hot. There were about 40 people (mix of adults and kids) and the food was a huge hit! Would highly recommend connecting with the manager at this popeyes to discuss catering for any upcoming events!“

“The sever at the windows Damion, it was his first day, and he was amazing at the windows.His manger tried to step in and take over in the middle of ordering, but I asked for Damien to help me for practice. When it came time to pay, The manager ended up charging me for multiple items I didn't order. Once I noticed I asked to have it refunded and at first I was just offered a couple free items and basically asked to just leave the extra charges. But it was well over 20$ worth over, so I asked for my money back. Once I spoke to the manager again and pointed out where he messed up, he told me he had to call someone in elder to refund me. Very poor management & Customer service skills, on the managers behalf. Short while later, Damien came to the windows and said he's working on a refund. Props to Damien to handled the situation perfectly. He's definitely management material“

“I ordered 8 chicken signature spicy, and only got 7 when I counted it at home. Had the same experience last year from this location, but this time I went back to the store to address the issue. The staff on August 2 7pm was apologized for the mistake and were to provide me complimentary chicken as a way of saying sorry. Thank you for doing so!“

“Not a chicken tenders guy. That being said. Their chicken tenders with their Chipotle dip are cravings worthy. No real spice at all. I think black pepper would be spicier. But it is definitely sweet. I've never actually entered the building so I gave 3 stars to be neutral on, atmosphere.“
