recently renovated the place and it is much more comfy and cozy! love coming here when it’s fall season. highly recommend their spinach feta wrap (breakfast), turkey pesto sandwich (lunch), mocha cookie crumble frapp, pecan crunch (fall) chestnut praline (winter). place can get busy quick so id recommend to order on the app. service here is great, they always leave cute notes!
The barista will determine if you will have a nice experience here or not. Went here last Sept18 at around 7pm and had the worst experience especially with the lady doing the drink. I almost put a 1⭐ review here. Anyway, I returned today at 3:30pm and the team running the store are all amazing. I hope to not see the friday barista so I’ll check before ordering and visiting this place. Don’t want to waste my money with bad coffee made by mean barista.
Excellent service at this Starbucks. The staff is very friendly and kind. They even wished me a happy birthday and made my day. Great location because it is in the Masonville Mall. You can get great drinks and do some shopping.

The staff are consistently nice, polite, and accommodating, going above expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers appreciate the excellent service, with some experiences highlighting their willingness to remake drinks and provide service recovery. The location is nice and chill, making it a good spot to enjoy a variety of drinks like hot chocolate or peppermint latte samples. Although the staff are kind, some reviews mention that service can be slow, with wait times sometimes reaching 30 minutes for a black coffee. Overall, Starbucks provides quality drinks and a pleasant atmosphere.
