“Fast service, friendly staff. A great place to relax. They took the empty field next to it and expanded the drive thru. This has made a big difference as cars waiting in line are no longer mixed with those trying to park or leave the parking lot. It has also taken drive thru traffic off the main drive.“

“I LOVE 3TK Massena! the staff know me and already know exactly what I like, they’re always so friendly and welcoming they make the environment so inviting. If I have any questions or if I’m looking for any advice on what to get they’re very helpful and accommodating. Lit Teas have become a part of my daily routine I highly recommend trying them out!“

I know a small bit of the history and I'm so excited to see what the new management brings to the table.Because I was not a customer by definition, I chose not to rate or review the food. I will be doing so in the future.As for service, again, I was not being 'served' but I observed the team members as they served their patrons. They appear to work well together, the store is clean, bright and the aromas from the 3 stores (Dunkin, KFC & Subway) were aaaamazing?“

“Good restaurant to stop on way. Renovated. Lots of booths. Several electrical outlets as well which came in handy. Clean restrooms. Breakfast stops at 10:30am. Only drawback is you can’t just pick up your food at the counter - they come serve you at the tables when you dine in which I found odd.“
