“I had such a wonderful experience with Tracey. I went into the store because one of my kids was sick, and Tracey went above and beyond to help me with my problem, even though she absolutely didn’t have to.
What Tracey doesn’t know is that her small gesture completely changed the trajectory of my day. I was having a really challenging day, and her kindness made it a little brighter. ❤ I will always remember her kindness and the way she helped me when I needed it.

“Popped in on our roadtrip coming home on the hunt for a donut. I was beyond surprised by the style and quality of the fritters! First of all, the size of these fritters is crazy! I’ve never had a donut this large! I ordered the apple and the strawberry as I couldn’t decide which one. I was so impressed with the style and the quality of the donut. It tastes and feels like a beautiful bread with glaze and delicious filling with real fruit! Probably one of the most elite donuts I have ever had.
Thank you to the friendly staff for helping me decide on the donut! The pumpernickel bread is always very flavourful and light.

“I love Tim Hortons so much. Tim Hortons is my first ever love, since I was 10-11 years old I started drinking them and now 6 years later I love them even more. My love for Tim Hortons grows stronger every single day that I live. I have always had the salted caramel iced capp until they changed it to only caramel. the iced capps are my favorite drinks, I love them so very much I can go on all day abt iced capps, they are just the best. Anyways every time I go to tim hortans either after school at tecumseh mall, for lunch break during school, or even on a random day I just get an iced capp (always a flavoured ones never original ew) because I just love Tim Hortons so much, if someone bought me an iced capp for a gift I would appreciate that the most forever, or even a tim hortans gift card which is what I got for my birthday. If Tim Hortons ever gets shut down here, no one will see me in their sight over here. I have witnessed incidents where the manager and staff have acted with complete professionalism. The safety of their customers is obviously a priority.
