“I came in today with my daughter, and we both ordered meals at Hero Burger. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The service we received from Bilar was amazing — he was literally a one-man show, handling everything as the cook, the order-taker, and even the server.

One thing that really stood out was how he brought our food out to our table while we were waiting. That extra touch of kindness made the visit feel even more welcoming and personal.

As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Blue Moon Burger, and it was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. My daughter built her own burger, and she loved it as well. Both meals were fresh, tasty, and perfectly made.

Overall, we had an amazing experience thanks to Bilar’s effort and dedication. Great food, great service, and incredible customer care — all from one person running the whole place. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“The best customer service agent that you will ever meet is Sheela at the McDonalds on Major Mackenzie in Maple. Her kind, caring and professional demeanor is the reason why the customer experience in that location is great. She goes over and above to make sure customers are looked after. If you are waiting for your food she will apologize for the wait times and ensure that you have all you need. Her aura of appreciation for her job, the customers and what she does is outstanding. “Good burgers (had the Holy Smokes) good flavors, but compared to places like Wendy's prices little higher. About a $4.00 dif for a combo. So depending on your budget little more spices and flavor with this but little less for your dollar. Staff was great.“

The staff let me know it would take about 5 minutes since it’s made fresh, which I really appreciated. Service was great, and it’s also super convenient being close to home. “My husband and I were on our honeymoon last week and decided to try The Burgers Priest. We were so blessed to be served by a man named Steven. Not only was he super friendly and patient while we tried to decide what we wanted...but once he found out we were on our honeymoon he went out of his way to make us feel at home. He was happy to hear that people are still willing to take honeymoons and to see true love. I swear he was the friendliest person we met and he blessed us so much this visit. “Aug 21, 2025, Ordered breakfast and forgot to use my app to collect points. The young lady gave me an option to collect the points even after I paid, but I declined. She tried to convince me that it would only take a couple of minutes, eventually she persisted and convince me saying she only wanted to help. I gave in, It worked out fine. This young lady never gave up, now there is someone who just improved your customer relations by 100%. A 5 star employee.“

“We visited Harvey's today, namely on 9 September 2025.

I have been living in the UK for quite some time. I recently returned to visit my Mother and we decided to go to Harvey's because it was an eating establishment at which I worked a long time ago and I remember the wonderful taste of the burgers.

A lovely member of staff named Sabir assisted us. He was extremely helpful and made our time pleasant.

Another member of staff, a young woman with dark hair, garnished our burgers. She was polite and garnished my Mother's burger with a bit of most things because my Mother stated that she had not had a burger in a long time and this was what she wanted. She is over 80 years old and this gesture was much appreciated.

We received an excellent welcome. The members of staff made a significant and positive impact upon our stay in Canada. My Mother had an excellent outing and this shall now be cemented in my memory.

“I rarely put 5 star reviews for any fast food restaurants because in my experience and personal opinion they don’t often live upto 5 star expectations.

However this time around I was pleasantly surprised with this specific A&W location just west of dufferin and finch. I personally don’t love A&W but this location hit it out of the park!

When I arrived I was greeted by a staff member by the name of Charrie. Charrie made this A&W location feel kind of like home. She was incredibly helpful, caring, respectful, well spoken and kind. It was truly refreshing and amazing to be greeted and taken care of by someone like her! Not to mention all the staff working at this location presented the same time of hospitality and care like she did. 10/10 customer service and hospitality.

Now The food was freshly made to every order that went out. The staff was organised, operational and worked as a team. 10/10 food and service.

This location has no drive thru and is walk in only. No order is rushed and quality is immense.

Also 24hr open. Amazing.

“Best burger in the city. Shake and Rudy are good too of course, but Aloette is a step above, for the same price.

Haven’t tried the chicken options but the beef is excellent. Not sure what grade or cuts they use, but it’s packed full of beefy flavour goodness. What sets Aloette apart though are the chef-y toppings that make it the best blend
/hybrid of a smash burger and restaurant burger.

Cheese fries come with a briny pepperoncini/mustard relish topping and is perfect to cut through the richness of the cheese sauce.

Only 4 stool seats so this is a takeout spot.

Staff are super friendly and courteous.
