Not only was he super friendly and patient while we tried to decide what we wanted...but once he found out we were on our honeymoon he went out of his way to make us feel at home. EDIT: Sadly, after getting home with the food, we discovered that one of the burgers did not get the extra pickles we requested, and the fries were pretty much all the wimpy little ends after eating the top layer of full-sized fries. That's just not cool.

We were seated in a comfortable booth for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the services from the person at the reception, up to the host escorting us to our table and most especially our server Tilda who was very courteous and very professional. She came by our table as frequent as possible to check if we were ok and if we need anything else. The food we ordered were excellent. “Okay. First. Wow. But also, there are other restaurants that have the “#1 burger in Toronto”. Please. I’ve tried those burgers (at least the vegan ones). You need to be eating here instead. “We had to wait a while for our server to come take our drink order however it was not her fault. The hostess did not tell her we were seated and waiting. Tiffany our server was VERY friendly and had a great sense of humour. For the time of night we were there it was busy and she had quite a few tables to cover on her own. “Tried Simba’s Hot Chicken for the first time and it definitely lived up to the hype. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and packed with flavour, and the spice level was just right. The fries were seasoned well and everything came out hot. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the restaurant was clean. If you’re looking for a great hot chicken spot, I’d definitely recommend Simba’s. I’ll be coming back to try more from the menu!“
