“This bakery hands down has the best Baklawa you can ask for! The pistachio and walnut Baklawa is to die for - not too sweet and perfect texture / consistency. I’ve tried so many places around and they are either way too sweet or have a bitter taste to them, I’ve never been disappointed here. Must try! Oh and their cookies are exceptional too ☺️“

“A nice, small spot tucked away in a food court near Yonge-Sheppard. They serve desserts, sandwiches, and some interesting beverages that I have yet to try. I'm definitely coming back for the drinks, but I would highly recommend the flavoured creme brulees. I got the earl grey and matcha creme brulees to share with a friend. The sugar on top was nice and caramelized, and the bitter matcha really came through in the creme brulee. Seating is likely going to be limited should you come here during the day, but the shopping centre Soul Made is located at is fairly quiet and empty in the evenings.“

“Went for breakfast, we ordered the Classic breakfast and a turkey bagel. Love the Turkish bagels, all the spreads, it was perfect to have a little bit of everything, some salty some sweet. Staff were super friendly and explained the items included in the Classic we were not familiar with. They have a huge assortment of bakery items to choose from as well, hard not to admire all the options when you enter 😉 didnt get to try any this time around, but hopefully next time. Thanks for a lovely morning!“

“We just happened to see this while looking for a snack place. We ordered strawberry- banana shake and hazelnut milk, banana, ice cream (this is really good). The place is clean, and the person who made our drinks is friendly. The parking space is big enough so no need to worry about it and it’s free.

We’ll definitely visit this place again to try their other menu.“

“Absolutely must try breakfast and coffee spot. The breakfast sandwiches will change your life. Forget Starbucks - or any other coffee or pastery place, once you eat anything here your going to be mad you wasted money anywhere else. The food is rich, melt in your mouth fresh and will sell out if you wait too long!! Also, personally as an Italian who loves his espresso, the pull here is nothing short of amazing and if socially accepted I’d eat just that pistachio paste on its own like Nutella from a jar 😅“

“A hidden gem in the plaza beside Longos. I ordered a custom cake and called Julia twice with some specific requests. She truly delivered and did a FANTASTIC job!! The price was also extremely reasonable - a tall 8” cake topped with four macarons came up to $55. It was moist, decadent, and not too sweet. If I was to be very picky, I would request the hazelnut in the buttercream to be crushed into smaller pieces and caution the pistachio and mocha flavours in the macarons were not prominent. Still, a solid 5/5 and I will order here again. Thank you for the special cake for a special person :)“

“We had an emergency and needed a cake that was made elsewhere to be fixed. Luckily they helped us fix it and made it look brand new again like nothing happened and even added a new layer cake in the bottom within 40 minutes. We were very impressed and so grateful to them. Thank you again! 🙏❤️“

“We visited Chocolada for the first time and had such a wonderful experience! As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed, and to our surprise, they gave us a free box of pastries such a kind gesture!

The pastries were absolutely delicious. Even though it’s been almost a week and we’ve been enjoying them little by little, they’re still fresh and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite.

The shop itself is clean, cozy, and has a really positive atmosphere. We truly felt welcomed and appreciated as customers.

“I am absolutely speechless. I just tried one piece of baklava from Narin Pastry and it was a life-changing experience. It literally MELTS in your mouth! I was in Turkey last year and went to what is considered the best baklava spot in the country, and I can say without a doubt that this is just as good, if not better. The flakiness, the perfect sweetness, the quality... it's all there. My only wish is that this was a full-scale cafe or restaurant because if people knew how good this was, the place would be packed 24/7. I am now on a mission to try every single thing on their menu. “I stopped by this bakery and picked up Nazook, raisin cookies, and an apricot pie - everything was absolutely delicious!! You can really taste the care and quality in their baking. The owner is a wonderful lady and so friendly, which made the visit even better!“

“When I went the store was closing, so I sat outside. But there are indoor seating as well. They have a lot of options and a lot of toppings options as well, so be prepared it can get overwhelming. The place is really cute. I recommend the popping pearl toppings it makes eating the yogurt more fun.“

“I ordered a birthday cake here the first time. I expected the writings will be placed on top of the retangular cake. There are lots of empty spaces... why they put the writing on a very tiny piece of chocolate and put it at the side of the bottom. It was hardly to see what was in the writing. For what occasion and for who! Quite disappointed! And they charged me a price of $17 more according to their listed price of $65 for a 8"x12" cake. Plus an extra of $20 for the pair of baby shoes (a plastic toy) for decoration. I also tried their bread, also find the textures are hard to chew... I wont return again.“
