“Had an amazing and positive experience here. My husband and I were looking at the options and we were greeted by Christine who asked us if we wanted to try the new questo cheese and we loved it! We ordered The Works and we substituted the regular cheese to the questo one. There was also a spinning contest and we won 2 for 1 fries for our next visit. Amazing customer service, quick service and great quality as well! Will definitely visit here again!“

“I live in the area and always order pick up from this Pizza Pizza. I am a Celiac/ have a severe Gluten Allergy. I always order the same cheese gluten free pizza using my app. When I pick up my pizza, the staff always assures me it is gluten free when giving me my box.

A few weeks ago, I ordered a regular cheese pizza for my family using the app. When my family went to pick it up, the staff double checked with them because they recognized my name on the order and were concerned that it wasn’t gluten free. They wanted to ensure I didn’t make an error in ordering and don’t by accidentally eat the pizza.

Today, I ordered a gluten free pizza again but Pizza Pizza’s gluten free dough had changed. The staff had the courtesy of labeling the box specifically mentioning that the pizza size and dough changed from before but the pizza was gluten free.

I have no words to explain how appreciated this level of service is as someone with a severe allergy. It’s hard enough to eat out or get fast food options, but knowing that you are cared for and extra precaution is taken so you can enjoy your food, stress free is even more rare. Much appreciation to this Pizza Pizza location for all the extra effort. It really means a lot!

This location is very clean, the orders are done promptly, and they had my food ready even faster than what they initially told me. “Decent vegan selection of vegan packaged goods. Produce is always fresh. Vegan bakery items are delicious and they have a decent selection. Products are usually more expensive than other grocery stores but some products are unique or difficult to find elsewhere.“

“This is a MUST GO TO Restaurant. I went for breakfast on March 20/23. My experience started with the best service from General Manager Gary Anthony. He was friendly, informative, and fast. The breakfast menu has everything. I love Eggs Bennie. While my style was not on the menu, Gary made it happen anyway. THE BEST EGGS BENNIE EVER! Gary recommended the Banana/Orange/Strawberry juice (it says fresh on the menu). I asked if it was "that grocery store brand" that shall not be named here. He said NO, we made it fresh from real fruit in the blender. It was like a smoothie from heaven. I will return often. While I live about 30 - 40 k from this restaurant (I had an appointment near it that morning) - I will be returning again and often. Next time I'm bringing my wife - She'll love it. Thank you Gary.“

“So many different choices of waffles here it can get a bit overwhelming! I like how you can pick different sides too including fresh fruit or potato salad. The seating area is comfortable and well spaced out, and seeing the unique art displayed is a plus! Hope to come back soon.“

“I love the redesign of the store, it is very welcoming and warm. I think it represents its brand well. As well, the employees and managers here are so friendly and kind. It’s such a joy to come to a place where people are nice and serve familiar food for the family to enjoy.“

“I don’t know if they do this regularly but the fact that there are staff members going around and testing the temperature of the food and fridges is amazing. Keeping the food out in wrong temps can lead to bacteria growth and food quality issues for consumers. The fact that they took the time to check every stall was reassuring.

I don’t think we say it enough but thank you so much to those who work at grocery stores and actually care! I felt so reassured that the quality of food I buy in this supermarket will be safe and clean. You make such a difference and I am so grateful!“
