About Lucullus Bakery (Milliken)

Lucullus Bakery (Milliken) is a traditional Hong Kong-style bakery known for its variety of buns, pastries, and desserts. Customers enjoy a wide selection of savory and sweet buns such as bbq pork, red bean, taro, and ham & cheese, along with delicious pastries like curry beef and chicken a la king. The bakery also offers hot rice dishes including chicken & mushrooms, spare ribs with black beans, Chinese sausages, and ground pork, as well as HK milk tea, coffee in winter, and cold lemon tea in summer. The HK Egg Tarts with Milk tea combo is especially popular, reminding many of childhood. The bakery is praised for its fresh baking; everything is made fresh, especially before 12 pm. Staff members are hardworking, helpful, and welcoming, often serving customers with a warm attitude despite language differences. Regulars appreciate the friendly service and the variety of items, including buns, pastries, and self-serve desserts. However, some customers note that the quality of the steamed rice has declined since the pandemic, missing the once-famous curry chicken steamed rice. Overall, Lucullus Bakery offers a warm, authentic Hong Kong bakery experience with fresh baked goods and attentive service.

Just ok. 30% off end of day deal only applies to 6 or more.
Service not friendly.
Pretty unhappy with my experience at the cashier. When ordering a steamed rice combo, I was asked about upgrading the drink size, but the options weren’t clearly explained. As a first-time customer, I wasn’t shown the size difference and ended up being charged an extra $2.50 without realizing it. It felt a bit misleading. this should be communicated more clearly when there’s an additional charge.
