New Fountain Fast Food located in Metro Square has been serving customers for over 15 years. It offers no-frills Chinese fast food at reasonable prices. The menu, although taped over, still provides a variety of dishes like beef with bitter melon and black bean sauce on rice, Singapore style, and Cantonese chow main. The portions are generous, and customers can get a good meal for less than $20, including a beverage. The restaurant is cash-only, like others in the food court.
Customers have mixed reviews about the food quality. Some enjoy the flavors and generous portions, while others find the taste average. The fried noodles are described as salty, while the soup noodles with wonton, beef brisket, and flat noodles are well-marinated but lack flavor in the noodles themselves. Despite the varying opinions, most agree that the food is simple, fast, and a good value for the price.
Overall, New Fountain Fast Food offers a straightforward dining experience, where customers can enjoy affordable Chinese fast food in a casual setting.
