The single origin pourover, like the Ethiopian, has wonderfully bright, fruity flavors and a clean aftertaste. The cold brew is well-balanced, delicious, and super smooth with a syrupy texture. For those who prefer tea, the hojicha latte with oatmilk has a great roasted flavor. The matcha latte comes with complex latte art, though some wish it were hotter and smoother. The minimalist interior and attention to detail make it stand out, though seating could be more comfortable, as it is small and not much seating is available, making it more of a grab-and-go specialty coffee place. Staff are warm, incredibly professional, and knowledgeable about their drinks and beans. With in-house roasted beans and a variety of brewing gadgets, this is hands down the best place for well-brewed handmade coffee in the area, especially for those who enjoy light roast specialty coffee processed with different fermentations. The Yirgacheffe roast is solid, and the cold brew has a good fruity punch without being too acidic.

Probably the best coffee shop in the city. Great pour over selection, immaculate drinks. Actually know how to make a modern macchiato. Great roasting, great baristas. All round good.
