It is clean some of the seating like the booths chairs are ripped.. need to be replace. It was painted not to long ago. Freshen up.

“13 of us went to the play the other night. Stopped in at the Boathouse for dinner. It was very very good. It's expensive eating out these days, so good food for your dollar is important.
